【摘要】：本文以江西農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的效率為研究目標(biāo),首先采用SE-DEA視窗分析和Malmquist指數(shù)分析及規(guī)模收益分析理論,分別從時(shí)間和空間上對(duì)江西省2009至2015年11個(gè)地市的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率情況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)與比較分析;然后,應(yīng)用Tobit模型來(lái)估計(jì)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)主要因素對(duì)江西各類(lèi)地區(qū)包含高效率地區(qū)和低效率地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響程度,據(jù)此探索江西各地區(qū)促進(jìn)農(nóng)村增收的有效途徑。根據(jù)地區(qū)超效率分析結(jié)果顯示,近年來(lái)江西省鷹潭、撫州地區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率在江西省名列前茅;部分地區(qū)技術(shù)進(jìn)步變化指數(shù)和技術(shù)效率變化指數(shù)發(fā)展不平衡致使全省的全要素生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)波動(dòng)明顯;農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)出占比較大的地市如九江、吉安地區(qū)規(guī)模收益近年來(lái)呈不斷下滑狀態(tài)。最后,文章綜合評(píng)價(jià)、回歸分析結(jié)果和江西自然地理情況,對(duì)江西省農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的提高提出了相應(yīng)的政策策略,文章認(rèn)為通過(guò)多種途徑增加農(nóng)民收入、調(diào)整農(nóng)林水事務(wù)支出結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)大型企業(yè)參與農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社的建立、發(fā)展區(qū)域特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,運(yùn)用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)拓寬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售渠道,以及鼓勵(lì)鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)旅游,促進(jìn)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展是提高江西省農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:This paper, taking the efficiency of agricultural development in Jiangxi as the research goal, first uses SE-DEA window analysis and Malmquist index analysis and scale income analysis theory to evaluate and compare the agricultural production efficiency of 11 cities from 2009 to 2015 in Jiangxi province. Then, the Tobit model is used to estimate agricultural production. The main factors affect the agricultural development of high efficiency and low efficiency areas in various areas of Jiangxi, and explore the effective ways to promote rural income increase in various regions of Jiangxi. According to the results of regional super efficiency analysis, the agricultural production efficiency of Yingtan and Fuzhou in Jiangxi province is in the top place in Jiangxi Province in recent years. The overall factor productivity index fluctuated obviously in the whole province. The agricultural output accounted for Jiujiang, and the scale income of the Ji'an region was declining in recent years. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation, the regression analysis results and the Jiangxi natural geography situation, to Jiangxi province. The improvement of agricultural production efficiency has put forward the corresponding policy strategy. The article believes that the increase of farmers' income through a variety of ways, the adjustment of the structure of agricultural and forestry water affairs, the promotion of large enterprises to participate in the establishment of farmers' professional cooperatives, the development of regional characteristics of agricultural products, the use of the Internet to broaden the marketing channels of agricultural products, and the encouragement of rural ecological travel. To promote the development of leisure agriculture is an effective way to improve the efficiency of agricultural production in Jiangxi province.
