【摘要】：累積和控制圖主要用于監(jiān)測(cè)正態(tài)分布過(guò)程中均值的中小漂移.它對(duì)于厚尾分布過(guò)程和大漂移的監(jiān)測(cè)效果十分不理想.本文研究了在混合正態(tài)分布下的穩(wěn)健似然比累積和(RLCUSUM)控制圖的應(yīng)用.該控制圖通過(guò)構(gòu)造似然比檢驗(yàn)函數(shù)作為監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo),改善了其對(duì)于大漂移和厚尾分布過(guò)程的監(jiān)測(cè)效果.比較控制圖的平均運(yùn)行長(zhǎng)度,發(fā)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)健似然比累積和控制圖比累積和控制圖更靈敏.最后提出了水平線段截?cái)嗟姆椒▉?lái)改進(jìn)穩(wěn)健似然比累積和控制圖的穩(wěn)健性.
[Abstract]:The cumulative sum control chart is mainly used to monitor the small drift of the mean value in the normal distribution process. It is not good for the monitoring of thick tail distribution process and large drift. In this paper, we study the application of robust likelihood ratio cumulative sum (RLCUSUM) control graph in mixed normal distribution. By constructing the likelihood ratio test function as the monitoring index, the control chart improves the monitoring effect of the large drift and thick tail distribution process. Comparing the average operating length of the control chart, it is found that the robust likelihood is more sensitive than the accumulation and control chart. Finally, the method of horizontal segment truncation is proposed to improve the robustness of the robust likelihood ratio accumulation and the control chart.
