【摘要】：共識(shí)決策中,協(xié)調(diào)者的加入提高共識(shí)達(dá)成的速度與質(zhì)量。協(xié)調(diào)者通過為決策個(gè)體提供改變意見的價(jià)值補(bǔ)償幫助群體更快的達(dá)成共識(shí)。顯然,協(xié)調(diào)者的加入影響最優(yōu)共識(shí)方案的選擇。決策個(gè)體為達(dá)成共識(shí)而改變自身的意見值,同時(shí)期望獲得來自協(xié)調(diào)者的價(jià)值補(bǔ)償。群體共識(shí)決策應(yīng)以實(shí)現(xiàn)所有決策個(gè)體價(jià)值最大化為目標(biāo),以滿足決策個(gè)體間權(quán)重差異(以“區(qū)別因子”作為表征)為約束。針對(duì)決策者意見的確定型及區(qū)間型偏好,構(gòu)建了兩類共識(shí)方案優(yōu)選模型。將數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法引入到共識(shí)方案優(yōu)選決策中,構(gòu)建了可變權(quán)重的(區(qū)間)DEA共識(shí)方案優(yōu)選模型:視不同的決策方案為不同的決策單元;最優(yōu)決策方案即為決策者整體價(jià)值產(chǎn)出效用最高的決策單元,同時(shí)也是最大共識(shí)方案;視決策方案為整體系統(tǒng)加以考慮,其實(shí)質(zhì)是決策者整體價(jià)值產(chǎn)出效用最優(yōu)模型�；趨^(qū)別因子對(duì)最優(yōu)共識(shí)方案的影響,構(gòu)建了基于最大區(qū)別因子的(區(qū)間)共識(shí)方案優(yōu)選模型。該類模型針對(duì)不同的決策方案,所獲得的決策者權(quán)重是固定的,同時(shí)彌補(bǔ)了可變權(quán)重的(區(qū)間)DEA共識(shí)方案優(yōu)選模型中最優(yōu)方案不唯一的缺陷。此外,本文將白化值的方法引入到區(qū)間DEA建模中,構(gòu)建了基于白化值的區(qū)間DEA模型,為可變權(quán)重的區(qū)間DEA共識(shí)方案優(yōu)選模型和基于最大區(qū)別因子的區(qū)間共識(shí)方案優(yōu)選模型的構(gòu)建提供了理論鋪墊。最后,將本文構(gòu)建的模型應(yīng)用到制造業(yè)減少污染物排放的共識(shí)決策中,說明了本文構(gòu)建模型的應(yīng)用性。
[Abstract]:In consensus decision-making, the coordinator's participation improves the speed and quality of reaching consensus. The coordinator helps the group to reach a consensus faster by providing value compensation for change of opinion to the decision-maker. Obviously, the participation of the coordinator affects the choice of the optimal consensus scheme. In order to reach a consensus, the decision making individual changes its opinion value and expects to receive the value compensation from the coordinator. The goal of group consensus decision making is to maximize the value of all decision makers, and to satisfy the difference of weights among decision makers (represented by "difference factor") as a constraint. According to the deterministic and interval-type preference of decision makers, two kinds of consensus optimal selection models are constructed. The method of data envelopment analysis is introduced into the decision making of consensus scheme, and the (interval) DEA consensus scheme optimal selection model with variable weight is constructed: different decision making scheme is considered as different decision making unit; The optimal decision scheme is not only the decision making unit with the highest value output utility, but also the largest consensus scheme, which is considered as the overall system, and its essence is the optimal model of the overall value output utility of the decision maker. Based on the influence of distinction factor on the optimal consensus scheme, a (interval) consensus optimal selection model based on the maximum difference factor is constructed. The weight of the decision makers is fixed for different decision making schemes, and it makes up for the non-uniqueness of the optimal schemes in the (interval) DEA consensus schemes with variable weights. In addition, the method of whitening value is introduced into interval DEA modeling, and the interval DEA model based on whitening value is constructed. It provides a theoretical basis for the optimal selection model of interval DEA consensus scheme with variable weights and the optimal selection model of interval consensus scheme based on maximum difference factor. Finally, the model is applied to the consensus decision of reducing pollutant emission in manufacturing industry, and the application of the model is illustrated.
