【摘要】：單元構(gòu)建是組織虛擬單元生產(chǎn)的首要問題,面對(duì)設(shè)備"一專多能"而引發(fā)的路徑柔性問題,結(jié)合排隊(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論與方法,描述虛擬單元制造系統(tǒng).以工件排隊(duì)時(shí)間為切入點(diǎn),重新表述生產(chǎn)總流程時(shí)間的構(gòu)成公式;應(yīng)用雙掃描算法確定總流程時(shí)間最短、次短及第三短的三個(gè)候選虛擬單元.結(jié)果表明:基于排隊(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建候選單元的方法具有可行性和有效性.
[Abstract]:Cell construction is the most important problem in organizing the production of virtual cells. In the face of the problem of path flexibility caused by the "one specialty" of equipment, the virtual cell manufacturing system is described in combination with the theory and method of queueing network. The composition formula of total production flow time is restated with the entry point of job queue time, and the three candidate virtual cells with shortest total flow time, second short and third short total flow time are determined by double scan algorithm. The results show that the method of constructing candidate units based on queueing network is feasible and effective.
