【摘要】：DEA交叉效率法允許所有決策單元都參與效率評價(jià),同時(shí)考慮自我評價(jià)和同行評價(jià),所以評價(jià)結(jié)果能被廣泛接受,但忽略評價(jià)的共識性問題。文章提出了一種新的基于評價(jià)共識的加權(quán)交叉效率方法。該方法給出最大化評價(jià)共識性為第二目標(biāo)的模型來解決權(quán)重不唯一問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出了基于相關(guān)系數(shù)的DEA單元評價(jià)共識度測算方法,以單元的評價(jià)共識度為權(quán)重,給出加權(quán)交叉效率法,從而進(jìn)行效率排序。
[Abstract]:DEA cross-efficiency method allows all decision-making units to participate in efficiency evaluation, considering both self-evaluation and peer evaluation, so the evaluation results can be widely accepted, but the consensus problem of evaluation is ignored. In this paper, a new weighted cross efficiency method based on evaluation consensus is proposed. This method gives the model of maximizing the consensus of evaluation as the second objective to solve the problem of non-unique weight. On the basis of this, the method of estimating the consensus degree of DEA unit evaluation based on correlation coefficient is given. The weighted cross-efficiency method is given by taking the consensus degree of unit evaluation as the weight, and the efficiency ranking is carried out.
