【摘要】：假定產(chǎn)品壽命服從雙參數(shù)指數(shù)分布,在無替換定數(shù)截尾壽命試驗(yàn)場合下通過分布的Edgeworth展開和對應(yīng)分位數(shù)的Cornish-Fisher展開方法得到了兩獨(dú)立產(chǎn)品平均壽命比率的漸進(jìn)分布及置信區(qū)間。經(jīng)過分析,所給出的置信區(qū)間不僅適用于大樣本的情況,而且在小樣本的條件下同樣令人滿意。
[Abstract]:Assuming the exponential distribution of product life, the asymptotic distribution and confidence interval of average life ratio of two independent products are obtained by using the Edgeworth expansion of distribution and Cornish-Fisher expansion method of corresponding quantiles in the case of no replacement fixed truncated life test. After analysis, the confidence interval obtained is not only suitable for large samples, but also satisfactory under the condition of small samples.
