【摘要】：推動(dòng)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)是縮小貧富差距、實(shí)現(xiàn)全面現(xiàn)代化的關(guān)鍵舉措。貴州省作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展較慢的省份,對(duì)其城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)發(fā)展的研究就更加重要。投融資作為城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的重要環(huán)節(jié),是影響城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的重要因素之一,如何通過(guò)提高貴州省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)投融資的效率,解決資金問(wèn)題,對(duì)貴州省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的發(fā)展有重要意義。本文從六個(gè)部分研究了貴州省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的投融資效率。文章的第一部分簡(jiǎn)單的介紹了本文的研究背景和主要內(nèi)容,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述與評(píng)價(jià)。文章的第二部分分析了貴州省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)投融資的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題。發(fā)現(xiàn)貴州省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)投融資存在融資模式單一、資金來(lái)源結(jié)構(gòu)不平衡等問(wèn)題。文章的第三部分分別建立了貴州省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)投資效率和融資效率的測(cè)評(píng)模型,并構(gòu)建了貴州省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)投資效率指標(biāo)體系和融資效率指標(biāo)體系。文章的第四部分利用DEA-mamlquist模型評(píng)估了貴州省2008-2015年城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的投資效率,并分析了影響投資效率的原因。實(shí)證結(jié)果證明貴州省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的投資效率水平相對(duì)較低,且呈下降趨勢(shì)。分析原因,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響貴州省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)投資效率的主要原因是技術(shù)退步。文章的第五部分采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法評(píng)估了貴州省不同融資模式的融資效率,并得到各個(gè)融資模式的效率的排名。。文章的第六部分總結(jié)了本文研究的重要結(jié)論和建議。
[Abstract]:Promoting urbanization is a key measure to narrow the gap between rich and poor and to achieve comprehensive modernization. Guizhou Province is a province with slow economic development, so it is more important to study the development of urbanization in Guizhou Province. As an important link in the construction of urbanization, investment and financing is one of the important factors affecting the construction of urbanization. How to improve the efficiency of investment and financing in the construction of urbanization in Guizhou, and how to solve the problem of capital, It is of great significance to the development of urbanization construction in Guizhou Province. This paper studies the investment and financing efficiency of urbanization construction in Guizhou Province from six parts. The first part of the article briefly introduces the research background and main contents of this paper, and reviews and evaluates the domestic and foreign research literature. The second part of the article analyzes the present situation and existing problems of investment and financing of urbanization construction in Guizhou province. It is found that the investment and financing of urbanization construction in Guizhou Province have some problems, such as single financing mode and unbalanced source structure of funds. In the third part of the paper, the evaluation models of investment efficiency and financing efficiency of urbanization construction in Guizhou province are established, and the index system of investment efficiency and financing efficiency index system of urbanization construction in Guizhou province are constructed. In the fourth part of the paper, we use DEA-mamlquist model to evaluate the investment efficiency of urbanization construction in Guizhou province from 2008 to 2015, and analyze the reasons that affect the investment efficiency. The empirical results show that the level of investment efficiency of urbanization construction in Guizhou Province is relatively low and the trend is decreasing. It is found that the main reason that affects the investment efficiency of urbanization construction in Guizhou Province is technological retrogression. In the fifth part of the paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the financing efficiency of different financing modes in Guizhou Province, and the ranking of the efficiency of each financing mode is obtained. The sixth part summarizes the important conclusions and suggestions of this paper.
