模糊數(shù)學(xué)在GSM數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)估中的運(yùn)用

【摘要】:目前,國(guó)內(nèi)通信運(yùn)營(yíng)商移動(dòng)、電信和聯(lián)通三足鼎立,通信行業(yè)隨著智能手機(jī)的普及再度呈現(xiàn)蒸蒸日上的景象。數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)性爆炸式增長(zhǎng),語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)占比下降,運(yùn)營(yíng)商的主要收入來(lái)源逐步向數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)聚焦,提高數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)用戶(hù)感知度提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力刻不容緩。2016年2月份杭州移動(dòng)分公司GSM手機(jī)上網(wǎng)客戶(hù)數(shù)和流量占2/3/4G總量的比例分別為24%和15.3%,GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)仍是當(dāng)前手機(jī)上網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)的重要的承載網(wǎng)絡(luò)之一,本文也將以GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)為例對(duì)各種數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。論文首先介紹了杭州移動(dòng)現(xiàn)行的數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)評(píng)估方法和重要參數(shù)指標(biāo),并對(duì)現(xiàn)行的評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行分析,比較其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。隨后引入了模糊數(shù)學(xué)的概念與運(yùn)用方法,重點(diǎn)介紹了模糊綜合評(píng)判法和多級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)判法的優(yōu)點(diǎn),分析了模糊數(shù)學(xué)評(píng)估中的層次分析法理論和具體的計(jì)算驗(yàn)證過(guò)程,并將其實(shí)際運(yùn)用到對(duì)杭州移動(dòng)下沙分公司數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)用戶(hù)感知度的評(píng)估之中,得到如下結(jié)果:即杭州移動(dòng)公司下沙分公司的各個(gè)BSC覆蓋區(qū)域數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量在“達(dá)標(biāo)并且很好”的程度為18%,“達(dá)標(biāo)并且好”的程度為11%,“達(dá)標(biāo)”的程度為30%,“未達(dá)標(biāo)且差”為“10%”,“未達(dá)標(biāo)井且很差”為“31%”;為了使評(píng)估結(jié)果對(duì)后續(xù)優(yōu)化提升工作更加具備指導(dǎo)性,引入了(Y)模糊積分模型,具體操作過(guò)程中簡(jiǎn)化了基于模糊理論的GSM數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)方法的過(guò)程,以杭州下沙8個(gè)BSC區(qū)域的6項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià),得到6個(gè)BSC的具體評(píng)估分值與優(yōu)劣排序,然后與杭州移動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)的KPI指數(shù)評(píng)估法得出的結(jié)論進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)BSC095和BSC154的評(píng)估結(jié)果存在不同。結(jié)合下沙各個(gè)BSC區(qū)域的實(shí)際地理位置,基站配置情況和移動(dòng)用戶(hù)的客觀(guān)情況,BSC095的數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)感知度明顯高于BSC154,運(yùn)用新方法得到的結(jié)論更貼近用戶(hù)實(shí)際感知度,更加精確,合理。但是整個(gè)計(jì)算過(guò)程相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)方式更加復(fù)雜,需要進(jìn)一步簡(jiǎn)化加強(qiáng)可操作性。目前移動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)迅猛發(fā)展,提升用戶(hù)感知度非常迫切,因此準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估顯得非常重要。新評(píng)估方法完全可以運(yùn)用到4G和未來(lái)的5G業(yè)務(wù)當(dāng)中,具備很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性和可復(fù)制性。
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic communication operators mobile, telecommunications and Unicom stand together, the telecommunications industry with the popularity of smartphones again presents a thriving scene. Data services continue to grow explosively, voice services account for a decline, the main revenue sources of operators gradually focus on data services, In February 2016, Hangzhou Mobile Branch GSM mobile phone access customers and traffic accounted for 2 / 3 / 4G total proportion of 24% and 15. 3% GSM network is still the current mobile phone Internet service heavy. One of the important bearer networks, This paper will also take GSM network as an example to carry on the comparison analysis to each kind of data service appraisal method. Firstly, the paper introduces the current data service evaluation method and important parameter index of Hangzhou Mobile, and analyzes the current evaluation method, and compares its advantages and disadvantages. Then the concept and application of fuzzy mathematics are introduced, the advantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are introduced, and the analytic hierarchy process in fuzzy mathematics evaluation is analyzed. And it is applied to the evaluation of the user perception of the data service of Xiasha Branch of Hangzhou Mobile. The results are as follows: the quality of data service in each BSC coverage area of Xiasha Branch of Hangzhou Mobile Company is 18 in "standard and good", 11 in "standard and good", 30 in "standard", "not in good". The standard is "10%" and the difference is "10%". In order to make the evaluation results more instructive for further optimization and promotion, a fuzzy integral model was introduced. The process of GSM data service quality evaluation based on fuzzy theory is simplified. Based on six key indexes of 8 BSC areas in Xiasha, Hangzhou, a comprehensive evaluation is carried out. The concrete evaluation scores of six BSC are obtained, and then compared with the traditional KPI index evaluation method of Hangzhou Mobile, it is found that the evaluation results of BSC095 and BSC154 are different. Combined with the actual geographical location of each BSC area in Xiasha, the data service perception of BSC095 is obviously higher than that of BSC154. the conclusion obtained by the new method is closer to the actual perception of the user and is more accurate and reasonable. However, the whole calculation process is more complicated than the traditional method, which needs to be further simplified and more operable. With the rapid development of mobile data service, it is very urgent to improve the user perception, so it is very important to evaluate accurately. The new evaluation method can be applied to 4G and 5 G service in the future. It has strong practicability and replicability.
