【摘要】：探討中心動脈與肱動脈舒張壓(DBP)、收縮壓(SBP)、脈壓(PP)、心內(nèi)膜下心肌活力率(SEVR)、波形參數(shù)(k)、每搏輸出量(SV)、心排量(CO)、外周阻力(RS)等參數(shù)的相關(guān)性.通過對40例臨床需要進(jìn)行冠狀動脈造影患者的有創(chuàng)中心動脈參數(shù)與肱動脈參數(shù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析,將直接測得的中心動脈參數(shù)分別與通過回歸方程、建立模型估算的中心動脈參數(shù)進(jìn)行配對t檢驗(yàn)和Bland-Altman圖示.結(jié)果表明:除k值外的所有中心動脈與肱動脈參數(shù)均相關(guān);兩種估算方法 DBP,SEVR一致性相當(dāng),其回歸方程用Y'=a+bx表示;DBP,SBP,PP,SEVR,SV,CO也可通過回歸方程估算,但準(zhǔn)確性比傳遞函數(shù)差.
[Abstract]:To investigate the correlation between central artery and brachial artery diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic pressure (SBP), pulse pressure (PP), subendocardial myocardial viability (SEVRV), waveform parameter (KV), cardiac output volume (SVV), cardiac output volume (CO), peripheral resistance (RS) and so on. By analyzing the correlation between the parameters of the invasive central artery and the brachial artery in 40 patients with coronary arteriography, the parameters of the central artery were measured directly and the regression equation was used to analyze the relationship between the parameters of the central artery and the brachial artery. The estimated central artery parameters were matched t test and Bland-Altman diagram. The results show that all the central arteries except k value are correlated with brachial artery parameters, and the two estimation methods are consistent with each other, and the regression equation can be used to estimate DBP / SBP / PPSE VRSVV / CO, but the accuracy is lower than that of transfer function.
