【摘要】：文章考慮供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的縱向知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng),引入知識(shí)溢出系數(shù)、知識(shí)利用率、創(chuàng)新投入等變量,建立供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下企業(yè)利潤(rùn)模型,分析了企業(yè)在合作創(chuàng)新與不合作創(chuàng)新情形下的利潤(rùn)。結(jié)果表明:在考慮知識(shí)溢出效應(yīng)下,企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)及供應(yīng)鏈總體利潤(rùn)均比不考慮知識(shí)溢出時(shí)有所增加,知識(shí)溢出系數(shù)及知識(shí)利用率增大都會(huì)使企業(yè)利潤(rùn)增大;創(chuàng)新投入增加會(huì)使企業(yè)利及潤(rùn)供應(yīng)鏈總利潤(rùn)增大,且創(chuàng)新投入與利潤(rùn)之間存在邊際收益遞減關(guān)系。這可能會(huì)致使減弱企業(yè)在合作創(chuàng)新中的投入積極性,因此必須調(diào)整供應(yīng)鏈合作創(chuàng)新利潤(rùn)分配機(jī)制,讓企業(yè)在合作創(chuàng)新中得到應(yīng)有的回報(bào)以保持其積極性。研究建議:供應(yīng)鏈上下游企業(yè)應(yīng)充分利用供應(yīng)鏈合作創(chuàng)新的優(yōu)勢(shì),使合作成果得益最大化;通過創(chuàng)新利潤(rùn)分配調(diào)整,鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新合作中的投入,使合作創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢(shì)得到充分利用。
[Abstract]:Considering the vertical knowledge spillover effect of innovation activities among supply chain enterprises, this paper introduces variables such as knowledge spillover coefficient, knowledge utilization ratio and innovation input to establish the profit model of enterprises in the supply chain environment. This paper analyzes the profits of enterprises under the circumstances of cooperative innovation and non-cooperative innovation. The results show that when knowledge spillover effect is taken into account, the profits of enterprises and the total profits of supply chain are increased compared with those without knowledge spillover, and the increase of knowledge spillover coefficient and knowledge utilization ratio will increase the profits of enterprises. The increase of innovation investment will increase the profit and total profit of the supply chain, and the marginal income between innovation input and profit will decrease. This may weaken the enthusiasm of enterprises in cooperative innovation, so it is necessary to adjust the profit distribution mechanism of cooperative innovation in supply chain, so that enterprises can get their due return in cooperative innovation to keep their enthusiasm. The research suggests that the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain should make full use of the advantages of the cooperative innovation in the supply chain to maximize the benefits of the cooperation, and encourage the investment of the enterprises in the innovation cooperation through the adjustment of the profit distribution of the innovation. Make full use of the advantage of cooperation and innovation.
