【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)是現(xiàn)代學(xué)術(shù)制度的重要組成部分。從1941年至1947年,民國教育部曾頒布六屆國家學(xué)術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。其中,數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科獲得一等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng),二等獎(jiǎng)5項(xiàng),三等獎(jiǎng)9項(xiàng),另外還有一項(xiàng)鼓勵(lì)性質(zhì)的"獎(jiǎng)助"。這些獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)目基本涵蓋了當(dāng)時(shí)數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科的一流研究成果,但還有些非常重要的成果未獲獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),甚為遺憾。本文分析了民國國家學(xué)術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的特點(diǎn):1)戰(zhàn)亂時(shí)期的科學(xué)壯舉;2)高水平的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)遴選;3)重視應(yīng)用;4)重視計(jì)算等中國傳統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)方法與領(lǐng)域。進(jìn)一步剖析了民國學(xué)術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)局限性的原因:(1)當(dāng)時(shí)整體中國數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)水平的限制;(2)對國際主流數(shù)學(xué)研究方向認(rèn)識(shí)的局限;(3)戰(zhàn)爭局勢限制;(4)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度本身的限制;(5)人為因素影響。
[Abstract]:Academic reward is an important part of modern academic system. From 1941 to 1947, the Ministry of Education issued six National academic Awards. Among them, mathematics has won 4 first prize, 5 second prize, 9 third prize, and one encouraging award. These award-winning projects basically covered the first-rate research results of mathematics at that time, but there were still some very important achievements that were not rewarded, which was regrettable. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the academic awards of the Republic of China: 1) the scientific feats in the war period (2) the selection of high level awards and 3) the emphasis on application 4) and other traditional mathematical methods and fields in China, such as calculation and so on. This paper further analyzes the reasons for the limitation of academic awards in the Republic of China: (1) the limitation of the academic level of the whole Chinese mathematics at that time (2) the limitation of understanding of the international mainstream mathematics research direction (3) the limitation of the war situation (4) the limitation of the reward system itself (5) the influence of human factors.
