【摘要】：由于不能實時觀察第三方物流配送過程,外包物流客戶常常暴露于配送時間延遲等風(fēng)險,特別是存在多個第三方物流同時提供配送服務(wù)時,有效地管理配送時間變得更加困難。從第四方物流視角出發(fā),考慮第三方物流并行地提供配送任務(wù),基于委托代理理論研究最優(yōu)配送時間契約設(shè)計問題。假設(shè)影響配送時間的隨機因素服從均勻分布,通過模型求解給出最優(yōu)契約參數(shù)的解析解,并對結(jié)果進行分析。結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計的契約能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對第三方物流的激勵;第三方物流獲得的契約激勵依賴于其承擔(dān)的物流任務(wù)屬于關(guān)鍵任務(wù)的程度。數(shù)值實驗調(diào)查了配送時間懲罰系數(shù)與努力成本系數(shù)對最優(yōu)配送努力的影響。
[Abstract]:Because of the inability to observe the distribution process in real time, outsourcing logistics customers are often exposed to the risk of delivery time delay, especially when there are multiple third party logistics providing distribution services simultaneously, it becomes more difficult to manage the distribution time effectively. From the perspective of the fourth party logistics, considering the third party logistics to provide the distribution task in parallel, based on the principal-agent theory to study the optimal delivery time contract design problem. Assuming that the random factors affecting the distribution time are uniformly distributed, the analytical solution of the optimal contract parameters is given by solving the model, and the results are analyzed. The results show that the designed contract can achieve the incentive to the third party logistics, and the contract incentive obtained by the third party logistics depends on the degree of the key task of the third party logistics. The effects of distribution time penalty coefficient and effort cost coefficient on optimal distribution effort were investigated by numerical experiments.
