【摘要】：在時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)挖掘中,時(shí)間序列相似性是一個(gè)重要的概念.對(duì)于諸多算法而言,能否與一種合適的相似性度量方法結(jié)合應(yīng)用,對(duì)其挖掘性能有著關(guān)鍵影響.然而,至今仍沒有統(tǒng)一的度量相似性的方法.對(duì)此,首先綜述了常用的相似性度量方法,分析了各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足;其次,討論了近年來出現(xiàn)的時(shí)序相似性的新解釋及其度量方法;再次,探討了相似性度量在時(shí)序挖掘任務(wù)中的應(yīng)用以及與挖掘精度的關(guān)系;最后給出了關(guān)于時(shí)序相似性度量進(jìn)一步的研究方向.
[Abstract]:Time series similarity is an important concept in time series data mining. For many algorithms, whether they can be applied in combination with an appropriate similarity measurement method has a key impact on their mining performance. However, there is still no uniform method to measure similarity. In this paper, first of all, the common similarity measurement methods are summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Secondly, the new explanation of temporal similarity and its measurement methods are discussed in recent years. Thirdly, This paper discusses the application of similarity measurement in time series mining task and the relationship between similarity measurement and mining precision, and finally gives the further research direction of time series similarity measurement.
