【摘要】：正一、前言目前,我國的中小企業(yè)是國家科技創(chuàng)新和發(fā)明創(chuàng)造的主力軍�？萍夹椭行∑髽I(yè)為促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步起到了十分重要的推動(dòng)作用。資金作為初創(chuàng)型中小企業(yè)成長和發(fā)展的必要條件之一,決定著企業(yè)的命運(yùn)。每年我國重要的科研成果多達(dá)數(shù)萬項(xiàng),但科研成果的生產(chǎn)力轉(zhuǎn)化率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于西方發(fā)達(dá)國家。中小型科技企業(yè)具備創(chuàng)新能力,卻無法將科技成果應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐,其中最為主要的一個(gè)原因就是資金短缺問題。中小型科技企業(yè)大都屬于初創(chuàng)型
[Abstract]:At present, the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country are the main force of national scientific and technological innovation and invention. Science and technology-based medium-sized enterprises play a very important role in promoting China's economic development and social progress. As one of the necessary conditions for the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, capital determines the fate of enterprises. There are tens of thousands of important scientific research achievements in China every year, but the productivity conversion rate of scientific research results is far lower than that of western developed countries. Small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises have the ability to innovate, but can not apply the scientific and technological achievements to practice, one of the most important reasons is the shortage of funds. Most of the small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises belong to the start-up type.
