基于PCA-AHP模型的無車承運(yùn)人合作伙伴選擇研究

【摘要】:為了合理選擇無車承運(yùn)人的合作伙伴,提高運(yùn)營效益和降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),建立了PCA-AHP無車承運(yùn)人伙伴選擇模型。根據(jù)無車承運(yùn)人伙伴選擇的影響因素,構(gòu)建了包含16項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的無車承運(yùn)人伙伴選擇指標(biāo)體系,在對(duì)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行主成分分析(PCA)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過AHP分析法計(jì)算綜合權(quán)重。針對(duì)具有10家候選伙伴企業(yè)的無車承運(yùn)人進(jìn)行案例分析,提取了累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)82.81%的五個(gè)主成分,采用層次分析法分別對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行主成分分析訓(xùn)練和層次分析權(quán)重計(jì)算。結(jié)算結(jié)果表明:運(yùn)輸服務(wù)質(zhì)量是影響無車承運(yùn)人選擇伙伴企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵因素,該模型具有有效性和實(shí)用性,能為無車承運(yùn)人合作伙伴的選擇提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to choose the partner of the vehicle without carrier reasonably, improve the operation efficiency and reduce the risk, the model of PCA-AHP carrier free carrier partner selection is set up. According to the influence factors of the car carrier partner, 16 indexes are constructed, and the principal component analysis (PCA) is carried out on the index system. On the basis of the AHP analysis, the comprehensive weight is calculated. According to the case analysis of the car carrier with 10 partner enterprises, five principal components of the cumulative variance contribution rate of 82.81% are extracted. The analytic hierarchy process is used to carry out the principal component analysis training and the hierarchical analysis weight calculation respectively. The settlement results show that the transportation service is carried out. Quality is the key factor affecting the choice of the partner enterprise of the car carrier. The model is effective and practical, and it can provide the decision basis for the choice of the partner of the car carrier.
