【摘要】：多元統(tǒng)計(jì)方法是基于數(shù)學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對(duì)多變量的問題進(jìn)行研究,這些變量通常被稱為指標(biāo),通常,指標(biāo)反映的是評(píng)估對(duì)象的信息,這些信息可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)重疊的現(xiàn)象,一定程度上指標(biāo)與指標(biāo)之間還有關(guān)聯(lián),即相關(guān)性。為了更好的選取變量指標(biāo),使得它們所反映的評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象之間不出現(xiàn)重疊,多元統(tǒng)計(jì)方法是一個(gè)適用的分析方法,它可以更加全面、系統(tǒng)地分析和解決問題。多元統(tǒng)計(jì)方法包括聚類分析方法、主成分分析法、因子分析法、判別分析法等,它已經(jīng)被成功應(yīng)用于評(píng)估城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、評(píng)價(jià)居民消費(fèi)水平能力、預(yù)測(cè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)走勢(shì)、自然學(xué)科建設(shè)、中西醫(yī)治療效果等領(lǐng)域,解決了大量的實(shí)際問題。本文介紹了多元統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法中的聚類分析法、主成分分析法的相關(guān)理論及它們?cè)谏钪械膽?yīng)用。首先分別介紹了這兩種多元統(tǒng)計(jì)方法的理論,在介紹了它們?cè)诤笔〔糠值貐^(qū)孕產(chǎn)婦體質(zhì)中的應(yīng)用。以湖北省部分地區(qū)的孕產(chǎn)婦為研究對(duì)象,通過聚類分析法,找出了幾種不同類型的中醫(yī)體質(zhì),通過主成分分析法,找出了影響婦幼衛(wèi)生健康評(píng)價(jià)的三個(gè)主成分因素。然后綜合多元統(tǒng)計(jì)方法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,以上述地區(qū)的孕產(chǎn)婦為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)孕婦孕早期體質(zhì)指數(shù)BMI和孕期體質(zhì)指數(shù)增加值△BMI進(jìn)行分析,得出了它們對(duì)妊娠結(jié)局的影響。最后針對(duì)上述研究結(jié)果,提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:Multivariate statistical methods are based on mathematical statistics to study multivariate problems, which are often referred to as indicators, and indicators usually reflect the information of the evaluation object, which may overlap. To a certain extent, there is a correlation between indicators and indicators, that is, correlation. In order to select the variable indexes better, so that there is no overlap between the evaluation objects reflected by them, the multivariate statistical method is a suitable analysis method, which can analyze and solve the problems more comprehensively and systematically. Multivariate statistical methods include cluster analysis, principal component analysis, factor analysis, discriminant analysis, etc. They have been successfully used to evaluate the competitiveness of cities, evaluate the ability of residents to consume, and predict the trend of the national economy. The construction of natural science and the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine have solved a large number of practical problems. In this paper, cluster analysis, principal component analysis and their application in daily life are introduced. Firstly, the theories of these two multivariate statistical methods are introduced, and their applications in some areas of Hubei Province are introduced. Taking the pregnant and lying-in women in some areas of Hubei province as the research object, several different types of TCM physique were found by cluster analysis, and the three principal components influencing the health evaluation of maternal and child health were found out by principal component analysis. Then, by synthesizing the multivariate statistical method and mathematical statistical method, taking the pregnant women in the above-mentioned areas as the research object, through the analysis of the pregnant women's early pregnancy body mass index (BMI) and the pregnancy body mass index added value (BMI), the influence of them on the pregnancy outcome was obtained. Finally, some suggestions are put forward in view of the above research results.
