【摘要】：針對JC法(一次二階矩法)不適于求解高度非線性功能函數(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性問題。結(jié)合最大熵原理,在求解聯(lián)合驗(yàn)算點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,對機(jī)械系統(tǒng)各失效模式功能函數(shù)進(jìn)行線性轉(zhuǎn)化,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)性分析。根據(jù)相關(guān)程度的大小,由概率網(wǎng)絡(luò)估算技術(shù)(Probabilistic Network Estimation Technique,PNET)法的有關(guān)原則,找出系統(tǒng)主要失效模式,用主失效形式代替系統(tǒng)所有失效形式,給出了一種精確的可靠度分析的方法。最后結(jié)合算例,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了該方法的精確性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In this paper , based on the principle of maximum entropy , the function functions of failure modes of mechanical systems are transformed with the principle of maximum entropy , and the correlation analysis is carried out . According to the correlation degree , the main failure mode of the system is found out , and the method of accurate reliability analysis is given . Finally , the accuracy and feasibility of the method are further verified by combining the examples .
