    The Guanlan Watershed in Shenzhen City is located in the south subtropical zone. Under the effects of natural and human factors, there are serious soil erosion and water loss in this watershed. Since the implementation of "open and reform" policy, the vast land has been developed into industrial exploiting zones. At the primary stage of the construction of the industrial exploiting zones, the various loose slopes produced by levelling the ground with machines induced new kinds of soil erosion and water loss....

    深圳市觀瀾河流域地處南亞熱帶,受自然因素和人為因素的影響,流域存在著嚴(yán)重的水土流失,改革開放以來,流域的大片土地被開發(fā)成了工業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)。工業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)在建設(shè)階段,機(jī)械夷平土地所形成的各種松散的堆積坡,引起了新的水土流失類型。本文研究和探討了該流域的水土流失規(guī)律及水土流失對(duì)流域水環(huán)境的影響。

    The hydro-environment in Sanggou Bay now and before large-scale and high density culture are discussed in this paper. Because of the large-area and high-density culture,the hydro-environment in Sanggou Bay changed remarkably compared with that ten years before. The tidal current speed decreased 50%,the seawater exchange rate decreased 1.7% and the seawater half-exchange period was prolonged to 11 tidal periods. Study of aquaculture carrying capacity is necessary and urgent.

    對(duì)桑溝灣大規(guī)模開展增養(yǎng)殖前后的水文環(huán)境作了研究。由于大面積高密度養(yǎng)殖,桑溝灣的水動(dòng)力狀況和10年前相比發(fā)生了明顯變化,潮流速度減緩了50%,水交換率降低了1.7%,海灣海水半交換周期延長了11個(gè)潮周期。營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)輸送和海水自凈能力受到嚴(yán)重影響。部分養(yǎng)殖品種產(chǎn)量下降,表明養(yǎng)殖容納量已達(dá)飽和狀態(tài)。和其他海灣相比,桑溝灣的水交換條件還是比較好的,只要科學(xué)合理地設(shè)置養(yǎng)殖品種和養(yǎng)殖密度,仍不失為一個(gè)重要的增養(yǎng)殖基地。

    Based on a comprehensive evalution to quantity and quality of water resources and their essential characteristics of natural spacial and temporal distribution in the area of continental rivers of northwestern of China, in this paper, it is pointed out that major defects of the water resources in the area are relatively less water quantity,extreme ununiform spacial and temporal distribution,considerable difficulty in development, and gragile hydro ecological and hydro environmental condition.     Based on a comprehensive evalution to quantity and quality of water resources and their essential characteristics of natural spacial and temporal distribution in the area of continental rivers of northwestern of China, in this paper, it is pointed out that major defects of the water resources in the area are relatively less water quantity,extreme ununiform spacial and temporal distribution,considerable difficulty in development, and gragile hydro ecological and hydro environmental condition. Some strategies on sustainable development and perpetual utilization of the water resources in the area are proposed. The proposed strategies are to make further study on water cycle and transformation,to make rational water resource development and utilization grogram, to realize multi dimensional regulation and control to water resources, to set up a water economized society, to readjust and optimize industrial structure and economic distribution, and to strengthen protection of water resources and hydro environment respectively.

    在綜合評(píng)價(jià)西北內(nèi)陸河區(qū)水資源的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量及其時(shí)空變化規(guī)律和特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,指出該地區(qū)水資源天然分布的主要缺陷是水量相對(duì)較少,時(shí)空分布極不均勻,開發(fā)難度大,水生態(tài)環(huán)境十分脆弱。提出應(yīng)采取深入研究水的循環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)律,制定科學(xué)合理的水資源開發(fā)利用方案,實(shí)行水資源的多維調(diào)控,建立節(jié)水型社會(huì),調(diào)整和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)布局,,以及強(qiáng)化水資源與水環(huán)境的保護(hù)等對(duì)策與措施,以實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域內(nèi)水資源的可持續(xù)開發(fā)與永續(xù)利用。
