【摘要】：高維約束矩陣回歸是指高維情況下帶非凸約束的多響應(yīng)多預(yù)測(cè)統(tǒng)計(jì)回歸問(wèn)題,其數(shù)學(xué)模型是一個(gè)NP-難的矩陣優(yōu)化,它在機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)與人工智能、醫(yī)學(xué)影像疾病診療、基因表達(dá)分析、腦神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等領(lǐng)域有廣泛應(yīng)用.從高維約束矩陣回歸的優(yōu)化理論和算法兩方面總結(jié)和評(píng)述這些新成果,同時(shí),列出了相應(yīng)的重要文獻(xiàn).
[Abstract]:High-dimensional constrained matrix regression is a multi-response and multi-predictive statistical regression problem with non-convex constraints under high-dimensional conditions. Its mathematical model is an NP-difficult matrix optimization, which is used in machine learning and artificial intelligence, medical imaging disease diagnosis and treatment. Gene expression analysis, neural network, risk management and other fields are widely used. These new achievements are summarized and reviewed from the optimization theory and algorithm of high dimensional constraint matrix regression. At the same time, some important literatures are listed.
