【摘要】：數(shù)控車(chē)床可靠性分配模型是一個(gè)層次結(jié)構(gòu),可靠性分配的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)是確定結(jié)構(gòu)底層指標(biāo)關(guān)于頂層目標(biāo)的重要度排序,其前提條件是單準(zhǔn)則排序已知.AHP通過(guò)構(gòu)造"兩兩比較"的"1~9"比例標(biāo)度判斷矩陣A_n為單準(zhǔn)則排序提供了合理的數(shù)據(jù)條件;但是基于A_n一致性檢驗(yàn)的特征根排序法因臨界值的確定缺乏必要理論基礎(chǔ)而受到質(zhì)疑.改進(jìn)AHP的FAHP因?yàn)闆](méi)有擺脫"一致性檢驗(yàn)"的干擾所以改進(jìn)并不成功.為了建立與"一致性"無(wú)關(guān)的單準(zhǔn)則排序方法定義具有可加性的評(píng)分標(biāo)度概念,通過(guò)標(biāo)度轉(zhuǎn)換將比例標(biāo)度判斷矩陣A_n轉(zhuǎn)化為評(píng)分標(biāo)度判斷矩陣B_n,利用評(píng)分標(biāo)度的可加性在準(zhǔn)則C下對(duì)n個(gè)比較對(duì)象排序.因?yàn)锽_n不是正矩陣所以不存在"一致性概念",因此基于評(píng)分標(biāo)度判斷矩陣的排序與"一致性"無(wú)關(guān).
[Abstract]:The reliability distribution model of NC lathe is a hierarchical structure, and the key technology of reliability distribution is to determine the ranking of the importance of the bottom index of the structure on the top level target.The precondition is that the single criterion ranking is known. AHP provides reasonable data conditions for single criterion ranking by constructing "1 / 9" scale judgment matrix A _ n of "pairwise comparison".However, the characteristic root ranking method based on an consistency test is questioned because of the lack of necessary theoretical basis to determine the critical value.The improved AHP FAHP was not successful because it was not free from the interference of "consistency checking".In order to establish a single criterion sorting method independent of "consistency", the concept of additive grading scale is defined.In this paper, the scaling judgment matrix am is transformed into the score scale judgment matrix BSP _ n by scaling conversion. N comparison objects are sorted under criterion C by using the additivity of the score scale.Because Bn is not a positive matrix, there is no "consistency concept", so the ranking of judgement matrix based on grading scale has nothing to do with "consistency".
