【摘要】：現(xiàn)有的鏈路預(yù)測(cè)方法無(wú)法保證預(yù)測(cè)的可靠性,應(yīng)用局限性較大。為此,針對(duì)源節(jié)點(diǎn)相似節(jié)點(diǎn)和目標(biāo)節(jié)點(diǎn)相似節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的當(dāng)前鏈路信息,提出同質(zhì)連接原理,設(shè)計(jì)不同類型節(jié)點(diǎn)的相關(guān)性指標(biāo),用于描述不同類型節(jié)點(diǎn)間的鏈路存在概率,并將其與傳統(tǒng)的鄰近性指標(biāo)相結(jié)合,用于異構(gòu)鏈路預(yù)測(cè)。融合異構(gòu)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的被標(biāo)記數(shù)據(jù)和無(wú)標(biāo)記數(shù)據(jù),給出一種異構(gòu)鏈路協(xié)同預(yù)測(cè)算法,通過(guò)獲得不同類型鏈路間的各種復(fù)雜關(guān)系,結(jié)合互補(bǔ)性預(yù)測(cè)信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)多種鏈路類型的協(xié)同預(yù)測(cè)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該鏈路協(xié)同預(yù)測(cè)算法可有效提升異構(gòu)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的鏈路預(yù)測(cè)性能。
[Abstract]:The existing link prediction methods can not guarantee the reliability of the prediction, and the application limitation is great. Therefore, aiming at the current link information between the source node similarity node and the target node similar node, the principle of homogeneous connection is proposed. The correlation index of different types of nodes is designed to describe the probability of link existence between different types of nodes and to combine it with the traditional proximity index. For heterogeneous link prediction, combining labeled and unlabeled data in heterogeneous information networks, a heterogeneous link cooperative prediction algorithm is presented. By obtaining various complex relationships between different types of links, and combining complementary prediction information, a new algorithm is proposed. The experimental results show that the link cooperative prediction algorithm can effectively improve the link prediction performance of heterogeneous information networks.
