【摘要】:當(dāng)前評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)具有簡(jiǎn)單易行、結(jié)果明了的優(yōu)勢(shì),但在評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象影響因素特性不明確的情況下,無(wú)法準(zhǔn)確體現(xiàn)實(shí)際情況。為此,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的基于移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)的通用模糊層評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),介紹了通用模糊層評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想及系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),給出系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)。詳細(xì)分析了模糊庫(kù)子系統(tǒng)、指標(biāo)系統(tǒng)子系統(tǒng)、模糊綜合評(píng)判子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。利用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)關(guān)系模型對(duì)存儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)化,通過(guò)樹型結(jié)構(gòu)表示評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及權(quán)重進(jìn)行保存。通過(guò)原始數(shù)據(jù)將評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果劃分成優(yōu)、良、中、差4個(gè)等級(jí),通過(guò)模糊綜合評(píng)判方法對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),獲取評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)確度和效率均較高。
[Abstract]:The current evaluation system has the advantages of simplicity and clear results, but it can not accurately reflect the actual situation when the characteristics of the influencing factors of the evaluation object are not clear. A new universal fuzzy layer evaluation system based on mobile interconnection technology is designed. The design idea and system structure of the general fuzzy layer evaluation system are introduced, and the function structure of the system is given, and the fuzzy library subsystem is analyzed in detail. The design process of index system subsystem and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation subsystem. The database relational model is used to simplify the storage, and the evaluation index system is represented by tree structure. The evaluation result is divided into four grades: excellent, good, medium and poor, and the evaluation object is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The experimental results show that the evaluation accuracy and efficiency of the designed system are high.
