【摘要】：為了探索虛擬社區(qū)互動行為對新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)迭代創(chuàng)新績效的影響,以小米MIUI社區(qū)為例,運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲程序獲取最近四年"產(chǎn)品發(fā)布"和"功能建議"板塊的面板數(shù)據(jù),采用Logistic和Poisson回歸進行實證研究。研究結(jié)果表明,迭代創(chuàng)新績效與用戶的產(chǎn)品互動水平呈負(fù)相關(guān),與用戶的人際互動水平以及企業(yè)與用戶互動水平呈正相關(guān)。這些發(fā)現(xiàn)啟示企業(yè),應(yīng)該利用人際互動水平作為篩選依據(jù),快速聚焦用戶共性的需求,并加強企業(yè)與用戶的互動。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the impact of virtual community interaction behavior on iterative innovation performance of new product development, taking Xiaomi MIUI community as an example, web crawler program was used to obtain panel data of "product release" and "function suggestion" in the last four years. Using Logistic and Poisson regression, the results show that the iterative innovation performance is negatively correlated with the level of product interaction, positively correlated with the level of interpersonal interaction of users and the level of interaction between enterprises and users. The level of interpersonal interaction should be used as the screening basis to quickly focus on the common needs of users and strengthen the interaction between enterprises and users.
