【摘要】：項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃及執(zhí)行過程中極易出現(xiàn)不確定性,故需對項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵鏈緩沖區(qū)間進(jìn)行動態(tài)調(diào)整以適應(yīng)項(xiàng)目任務(wù)關(guān)系變化.針對項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃關(guān)鍵鏈緩沖區(qū)間設(shè)置及調(diào)整控制問題,本文提出了一種考慮多因素?cái)_動的緩沖設(shè)置及調(diào)整控制聯(lián)動模型.項(xiàng)目初始緩沖設(shè)置充分考慮項(xiàng)目工序安全工期、網(wǎng)絡(luò)復(fù)雜程度及資源緊張程度等因素影響,項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中將緩沖/資源績效指數(shù)與Bayes估計(jì)相結(jié)合,通過對Weibull分布參數(shù)估計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)緩沖信息的遞階轉(zhuǎn)換,提升對緩沖使用的控制能力,最后通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證所提方法與控制模型的有效性.
[Abstract]:In the process of project planning and execution, uncertainty is easy to occur, so it is necessary to dynamically adjust the buffer between the critical chains of the project to adapt to the change of the task relationship of the project. In view of the problem of setting and adjusting the buffer between the critical chains of the project plan, In this paper, a buffer setting and adjusting control linkage model considering multi-factor disturbance is proposed. The project initial buffer setup fully considers the factors such as the safety duration of the project process, the complexity of the network and the degree of resource tension, and so on. In the process of project implementation, the buffer / resource performance index is combined with Bayes estimation to realize the hierarchical conversion of buffer information by estimating the Weibull distribution parameters, thus enhancing the control ability of buffer usage. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method and the control model.
