【摘要】：由于電子產(chǎn)品更新速度的加快和產(chǎn)品的生命周期不斷縮短,產(chǎn)生了大量的廢舊電子電器產(chǎn)品.目前我們國(guó)家尚未形成完善的廢舊家電回收體系,承擔(dān)廢舊家電回收利用責(zé)任與義務(wù)的主體主要是生產(chǎn)者.消費(fèi)者作為回收系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分.研究與探索消費(fèi)者參與廢棄電子電器產(chǎn)品回收管理體系的影響因素對(duì)于完善回收體系有著重要的意義.本文主要運(yùn)用環(huán)境行為學(xué)和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的基本知識(shí),建立線性結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了擬合檢驗(yàn),實(shí)證分析了影響消費(fèi)者參與家電回收管理體系的因素.通過實(shí)證分析可以得出,在影響公眾家電回收行為的三個(gè)潛在因素中,環(huán)境態(tài)度影響最大,其次是環(huán)境設(shè)施,而環(huán)境制度對(duì)行為方式影響估計(jì)不顯著.所以,我們?cè)趯?shí)際操作中在加大環(huán)境設(shè)施投入的基礎(chǔ)上,制定更加合理的環(huán)境制度,加大回收宣傳與教育,提高人們的環(huán)保素質(zhì),才能增加消費(fèi)者參與家電回收體系的積極性. 通過對(duì)居民參與回收體系影響因素的研究,不僅可以豐富回收行為理論,還可以指導(dǎo)政府部門制定符合我國(guó)實(shí)際國(guó)情的政策,增強(qiáng)其可操作性,使其在實(shí)踐中切實(shí)可行,真正達(dá)到引導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督、規(guī)范消費(fèi)者正確處理廢舊家電行為的目的.
[Abstract]:Due to the acceleration of the renewal rate of electronic products and the continuous shortening of the product life cycle, a large number of used electronic and electrical products have been produced. At present, our country has not yet formed a perfect recycling system for used household appliances. The main body of responsibility and obligation for recycling and utilization of used household appliances is the producer. Consumers as an important part of the recycling system. Study and explore the influence of consumer participation in the recycling management system of discarded electronic and electrical appliances. This paper mainly uses the basic knowledge of environmental behavior and structural equation model. The linear structural equation model is established and the fitting test is carried out, and the factors influencing consumers' participation in the household appliance recycling management system are empirically analyzed. Through the empirical analysis, it can be concluded that among the three potential factors that affect the recycling behavior of public household appliances, Environmental attitudes have the greatest impact on environmental facilities, followed by environmental facilities, and the impact of environmental systems on behavior patterns is estimated to be insignificant. Therefore, on the basis of increasing investment in environmental facilities in actual operation, we have formulated more reasonable environmental systems. Only by increasing the publicity and education of recycling and improving people's environmental quality can consumers participate in the recycling system of household appliances. Through the study of the influencing factors of residents' participation in the recovery system, it can not only enrich the theory of recovery behavior, but also guide the government departments to formulate policies in accordance with the actual conditions of our country, enhance their operability, and make them feasible in practice. Truly achieve the purpose of guiding, supervising and standardizing consumers to deal with the behavior of discarded household appliances correctly.
