【摘要】：文章從正態(tài)分布"3σ"準(zhǔn)則出發(fā),結(jié)合中心極限定理,從概率與統(tǒng)計(jì)的角度,對(duì)基本概念顯著性水平α進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)明剖析,對(duì)與此概念密切相關(guān)的參數(shù)估計(jì)和假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)解讀,并利用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策中有關(guān)原理,結(jié)合實(shí)際問(wèn)題進(jìn)行合理的統(tǒng)計(jì)推斷與科學(xué)決策。
[Abstract]:Based on the "3 蟽" criterion of normal distribution and the central limit theorem, this paper makes a brief analysis of the basic concept of significance level 偽 from the point of view of probability and statistics. The problems of parameter estimation and hypothesis test which are closely related to this concept are explained in detail, and reasonable statistical inference and scientific decision are made by using the relevant principles in risk decision making and combining with practical problems.
