需求不確定下應(yīng)急醫(yī)療服務(wù)站魯棒配置模型與算法

【摘要】:大型突發(fā)事件發(fā)生后需要快速啟動應(yīng)急救災(zāi)網(wǎng)絡(luò),合理配置應(yīng)急醫(yī)療服務(wù)站。本文考慮各應(yīng)急醫(yī)療服務(wù)站選址節(jié)點需求的不確定性,引入三個不確定水平參數(shù),構(gòu)建四類不確定需求集合(box,ellipsoid,polyhedron和interval-polyhedron)對應(yīng)的應(yīng)急醫(yī)療服務(wù)站魯棒配置模型,運用分支-切割算法求解,最后,進行需求擾動比例的靈敏度分析。算例結(jié)果表明,四類不確定需求集下的魯棒配置模型中,ellipsoid不確定需求集合配置模型開放設(shè)施較少,總成本最小,魯棒性較好。決策者還可以根據(jù)風險偏好選擇不確定水平和需求擾動比例的組合,以使得總成本最小。
[Abstract]:The emergency relief network needs to be started quickly after a large emergency event, and the emergency medical service station should be allocated reasonably. Considering the uncertainty of the node demand of each emergency medical service station, three uncertain level parameters are introduced in this paper. The robust configuration model of emergency medical service station corresponding to four kinds of uncertain demand sets, namely boxbox lipsoid polyhedron and interval-polyhedrony), is constructed. The solution is solved by branch-cutting algorithm. Finally, sensitivity analysis of demand disturbance ratio is carried out. Among the four kinds of robust configuration models based on uncertain demand sets, the Ellipsoid uncertain demand set configuration model has less open facilities and minimum total cost. The decision makers can also choose the combination of uncertainty level and demand disturbance ratio according to risk preference to minimize the total cost.
