【摘要】：在對(duì)基于核磁共振成像技術(shù)重構(gòu)得到的人腦結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究中,核心節(jié)點(diǎn)的識(shí)別是對(duì)全腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)特性展開(kāi)研究的基礎(chǔ),具有重要意義。給出了一種基于K-shell和介中心性的核心節(jié)點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法,首先使用以節(jié)點(diǎn)局部重要性為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的度中心性、鄰近中心性和介中心性三個(gè)中心性評(píng)價(jià)方法分別對(duì)人腦結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的節(jié)點(diǎn)重要性展開(kāi)評(píng)估和分析;接著利用以節(jié)點(diǎn)全局地位為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的K-shell分解法對(duì)人腦結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的核心節(jié)點(diǎn)展開(kāi)分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,由于同時(shí)兼顧了腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)的整體特性和局部特性,該方法能夠更全面和準(zhǔn)確地識(shí)別核心腦區(qū)節(jié)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The recognition of core nodes is the basis of the research on the characteristics of the whole brain network in the research of the human brain structure network reconstructed by the nuclear magnetic resonance imaging technology. A core node evaluation method based on K-shell and mesocentricity is presented. Firstly, the degree centrality based on the local importance of nodes is used. The importance of nodes in the human brain network is evaluated and analyzed by the three evaluation methods of proximity centrality and mesocentricity respectively. Then the K-shell decomposition method based on the global status of the nodes is used to analyze the core nodes of the human brain network. The experimental results show that both the global and local characteristics of the nodes in the brain network are taken into account at the same time. This method can identify the nodes of the core brain more comprehensively and accurately.
