一種基于PHS、WIFI技術礦用無線通信系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:中國的地下資源非常豐富,各種礦井很多,并且中國人口眾多,能源的使用量很多,導致地下能源的產(chǎn)值也很大,同時因為技術及對安全管理不重視,所以地下礦井經(jīng)常發(fā)生安全事故。國家對井下安全越來越重視,投入越來越多。所以井下的信息通信的完善和暢通非常重要。本文所述礦用多功能通信系統(tǒng)包括地面調(diào)度模塊A、地面有線通信模塊B、地面無線通信模塊C、井下有線通信模塊D、井下PHS無線模塊E、井下WIFI無線通信模塊F。地面調(diào)度模塊控制地面有線通信模塊、地面無線通信模塊、井下有線通信模塊、井下PHS無線模塊與地面通信,控制井下WIFI無線通信模塊通過井下工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)與地面通信。所述礦用多功能通信系統(tǒng)具有PHS技術和WIFI技術的綜合交換平臺的調(diào)度通信功能,實現(xiàn)了礦井上下及有線無線一體化與調(diào)度行政通訊的平臺系統(tǒng)化運行。一種礦用多功能通信系統(tǒng),其特征在于包括:地面調(diào)度模塊、地面有線通信模塊、地面無線通信模塊、井下有線通信模塊、井下PHS無線模塊、井下WIFI無線通信模塊;其中,所述地面有線通信模塊、地面無線通信模塊、井下有線通信模塊、井下PHS無線通信模塊分別與地面調(diào)度模塊連接,井下WIFI無線通信模塊通過井下工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)與地面調(diào)度模塊互聯(lián)。所述地面調(diào)度模塊包括:IP語音交換機、網(wǎng)絡交換機、若干服務器、調(diào)度臺;其中,所述IP語音交換機、若干服務器、調(diào)度臺分別與網(wǎng)絡交換機連接。所述井下PHS無線通信模塊包括:隔爆基站控制器、礦用隔爆PHS基站、信號轉(zhuǎn)換器、礦用本安PHS基站、礦用無線通信設備;其中,所述礦用隔爆PHS基站與隔爆基站控制器連接,所述礦用本安PHS基站通過信號轉(zhuǎn)換器與隔爆基站控制器連接。所述井下WIFI無線通信模塊包括:礦用WIFI基站以及礦用無線通信設備。

The state pays more and more attention to underground safety and invests more and more. Therefore, the improvement and smooth flow of underground information communication is very important. The mine multifunctional communication system in this paper includes ground dispatching module A, ground wired communication module B, ground wireless communication module C, underground wired communication module D, underground PHS wireless module E, underground WIFI wireless communication module F. The ground dispatching module controls the ground wired communication module, the ground wireless communication module, the underground wired communication module, the underground PHS wireless module and the ground communication, and controls the underground WIFI wireless communication module to communicate with the ground through underground industrial Ethernet. The mine multifunctional communication system has the dispatching and communication function of the integrated switching platform of PHS technology and WIFI technology, and realizes the systematic operation of the platform of wireless integration and dispatching administrative communication between upper and lower mine and cable. The utility model relates to a mine multifunctional communication system, which is characterized in that it comprises a ground dispatching module, a ground wired communication module, a ground wireless communication module, a downhole wired communication module, a downhole PHS wireless module and a downhole WIFI wireless communication module. Underground WIFI wireless communication module is connected with ground dispatching module through underground industrial Ethernet. The ground dispatching module includes a IP voice switch, a network switch, a number of servers and a dispatching station, wherein, the IP voice switch, several servers and the dispatching station are respectively connected with the network switch. The underground PHS wireless communication module includes: flameproof base station controller, mine flameproof PHS base station, signal converter, mine intrinile PHS base station, mine wireless communication equipment; The mine flameproof PHS base station is connected with the flameproof base station controller, and the mining intrinsic PHS base station is connected with the flameproof base station controller through a signal converter. The underground WIFI wireless communication module includes: mine WIFI base station and mine wireless communication equipment.
