用于寬頻帶毫米波RCS縮減的EBG結(jié)構(gòu)及其在天線中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文提出了一種應(yīng)用于毫米波頻段的寬頻帶雷達(dá)散射截面(RCS)縮減的電磁帶隙(EBG)結(jié)構(gòu)。兩種不同的EBG單元能在較寬的頻帶內(nèi)產(chǎn)生180°±37°的反射相位差,對(duì)兩種EBG單元進(jìn)行棋盤式周期排布,使散射場(chǎng)重新定向,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)RCS縮減效果。仿真得出:在29.1GHz至41.9GHz頻帶內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)10dB以上的RCS縮減,相對(duì)帶寬約為36%。并設(shè)計(jì)了采用棋盤式EBG結(jié)構(gòu)的微帶貼片天線,在保證輻射性能前提下能有效縮減天線的RCS。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an electromagnetic bandgap (EBG) structure for broadband radar cross section (RCS) reduction in millimeter wave band is proposed. Two different EBG units can produce 180 擄鹵37 擄reflection phase difference in a wide frequency band. The chessboard periodic arrangement of the two EBG units makes the scattering field reoriented, so that the RCS reduction effect can be realized. The simulation results show that the RCS above 10dB is reduced in the 29.1GHz to 41.9GHz band, and the relative bandwidth is about 36%. A microstrip patch antenna with chessboard EBG structure is designed, which can effectively reduce the RCS. of the antenna under the premise of ensuring the radiation performance.
