無線電頻譜管理與監(jiān)測技術(shù)成果軍轉(zhuǎn)民應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,軍民科技成果雙向轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)化的趨勢逐步顯現(xiàn),但是,與發(fā)達國家相比,我國國防科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化效率仍然存在很大差距。本文以無線電頻譜管理與監(jiān)測方面國防專利技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化實踐為案例,總結(jié)國防科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程中的經(jīng)驗做法,梳理存在的代表性問題,從市場、管理機制等方面提出加快國防科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the trend of two-way transfer and transformation of military and civilian scientific and technological achievements has gradually appeared, but compared with developed countries, there is still a big gap in the efficiency of the transformation of national defense scientific and technological achievements in China. Taking the practice of national defense patent technology transformation in radio spectrum management and monitoring as an example, this paper summarizes the experience and practices in the process of transformation of national defense scientific and technological achievements, combs the existing representative problems, from the market, The management mechanism and other aspects put forward suggestions to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in national defense.
