【摘要】:針對(duì)雷達(dá)毀傷評(píng)估問題,提出了一種基于情報(bào)融合的毀傷評(píng)估方法。將電子情報(bào)引入傳統(tǒng)基于圖像的毀傷評(píng)估方法之中,全面考慮了雷達(dá)的圖像毀傷量和電子信號(hào)毀傷量,從而提高了毀傷評(píng)估結(jié)果的可靠性。同時(shí),提出了一種基于PAC-SOM的圖像變化檢測(cè)方法,利用圖像融合與聚類算法的優(yōu)勢(shì),提高了變化檢測(cè)的精度。通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)了該方法的可行性與有效性,為電磁目標(biāo)毀傷評(píng)估提供了一種新方法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of radar damage assessment , a method of damage assessment based on intelligence fusion is presented . The image damage and the damage of the electronic signal are comprehensively considered in the traditional image - based damage assessment method , so that the reliability of the damage assessment result is improved . At the same time , a new method of image change detection based on PAC - SOM is put forward , and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by simulation experiments .
