濟(jì)寧市廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)統(tǒng)一網(wǎng)管信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,濟(jì)寧市通信行業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)商的最低上網(wǎng)帶寬已經(jīng)提高到20M,而廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的上網(wǎng)帶寬還處在一個(gè)比較低的水平,導(dǎo)致廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的用戶大量流失,為了廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)能夠得到一個(gè)更好的發(fā)展,濟(jì)寧市廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)施FTTH項(xiàng)目,大幅提高自己的上網(wǎng)帶寬。隨著FTTH在濟(jì)寧市的覆蓋范圍越來(lái)越廣,部署網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備的種類和數(shù)量也相應(yīng)的增多,設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障的次數(shù)變得越來(lái)越多,由于沒(méi)有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)日趨復(fù)雜多變的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)和日益擴(kuò)張的網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一監(jiān)管,導(dǎo)致運(yùn)維人員不能提前對(duì)一些設(shè)備隱患進(jìn)行及時(shí)預(yù)警,進(jìn)而發(fā)展成設(shè)備最終出現(xiàn)故障,影響了整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸業(yè)務(wù)的正常運(yùn)行。由于缺乏精確的故障告警與定位手段,運(yùn)維人員需要花費(fèi)更多的時(shí)間去排查、發(fā)現(xiàn)、并解決設(shè)備故障,降低了對(duì)用戶的服務(wù)質(zhì)量以及用戶的體驗(yàn)感,影響了濟(jì)寧市廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)的正常發(fā)展。為了解決這類問(wèn)題,提高用戶的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和體驗(yàn)感,不拖廣電業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的后腿,濟(jì)寧市廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)了統(tǒng)一網(wǎng)管信息系統(tǒng),本文主要描述了統(tǒng)一網(wǎng)管信息系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)需求、總體設(shè)計(jì)、主要模塊的功能以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法等內(nèi)容。網(wǎng)管信息系統(tǒng)是指通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理協(xié)議(SNMP)與被控設(shè)備完成業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)交互,并通過(guò)web方式對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行展示、配置、監(jiān)測(cè)、分析和告警。統(tǒng)一網(wǎng)管信息系統(tǒng)是指對(duì)不同業(yè)務(wù)、不同廠家的設(shè)備進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的監(jiān)控和分析,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一集中的隱患預(yù)警和故障告警,告警信息統(tǒng)一展示到監(jiān)控中心的大屏幕上,值班人員會(huì)對(duì)告警信息進(jìn)行分析后通過(guò)郵件、電話或短信的方式及時(shí)安排合適的運(yùn)維人員去處理。統(tǒng)一網(wǎng)管信息系統(tǒng)可以幫助網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)維部門(mén)打破傳統(tǒng)的分散、孤立的設(shè)備管理模式,在"集中管理,分散控制"的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備的統(tǒng)一管理、監(jiān)控和告警,以有效提高運(yùn)維部門(mén)對(duì)故障的預(yù)防能力,縮短故障恢復(fù)周期,提高安全播出技術(shù)保障水平,提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量和用戶體驗(yàn)。濟(jì)寧市廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)通過(guò)統(tǒng)一網(wǎng)管信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),對(duì)濟(jì)寧市所轄的城區(qū)、縣市以及鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)機(jī)房的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的運(yùn)維管理,統(tǒng)一網(wǎng)管信息系統(tǒng)投入運(yùn)行后,運(yùn)維部門(mén)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備隱患的預(yù)警能力、故障判斷和定位的及時(shí)性顯著提高,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主動(dòng)維護(hù)有了準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)支撐和方向,實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的隱患和突發(fā)事件得到有效控制,減少了運(yùn)維人員的工作量,縮短了排除故障設(shè)備的時(shí)間,節(jié)省了運(yùn)維部門(mén)的費(fèi)用開(kāi)支。濟(jì)寧市廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的技術(shù)保障水平顯著加強(qiáng),對(duì)有線電視和廣電寬帶用戶的服務(wù)也提升了一個(gè)新的層次,對(duì)有線電視和廣電寬帶的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展起到了促進(jìn)作用,新增用戶同比提高了 10%以上,同時(shí)社會(huì)公眾對(duì)廣電有線電視和廣電寬帶業(yè)務(wù)的滿意度也顯著提高。
[Abstract]:With the development of network information technology in our country, the minimum network bandwidth of Jining communication industry operators has been increased to 20m, while the network bandwidth of radio and television networks is still at a relatively low level, resulting in a large loss of users of radio and television networks. In order to get a better development of radio and television network service, Jining radio and television network to implement FTTH project, greatly improve their bandwidth. With the increasing coverage of FTTH in Jining City and the corresponding increase in the types and number of network devices deployed, the number of equipment failures has become more and more frequent. Due to the lack of a unified network management system to regulate the increasingly complex and changeable network structure and the increasingly expanding network, operators and maintainers are unable to give timely warning to some equipment hidden dangers in advance. Then the equipment eventually malfunction, which affects the normal operation of the whole network transmission service. Due to the lack of accurate fault warning and location means, the operation and maintenance personnel need to spend more time to troubleshoot, detect, and solve equipment failures, thus reducing the quality of service and the experience of the users. Affected the normal development of Jining radio and television network business. In order to solve these problems, improve the service quality and experience of users, and do not delay the development of radio and television services, Jining Radio and Television Network has built a unified network management information system. This paper mainly describes the system requirements of unified network management information system. The overall design, the main module function, the database detailed design and the key technology realization method and so on. Network management information system (NMS) means that the service data is interacted with the controlled equipment by simple network management protocol (SNMP), and the service data is displayed, configured, monitored, analyzed and alerted by web. Unified network management information system refers to the unified monitoring and analysis of the equipment of different businesses and manufacturers, and the unified and centralized warning of hidden dangers and failures, and the unified display of alarm information on the large screen of the monitoring center. After analyzing the alarm information, the duty officer will arrange the appropriate operation and maintenance personnel by mail, telephone or short message. The unified network management information system can help the network operation and maintenance departments to break the traditional decentralized and isolated equipment management mode. On the basis of "centralized management, decentralized control", the unified management, monitoring and warning of the whole network equipment can be realized. In order to effectively improve the operation and maintenance departments to prevent the failure, shorten the period of fault recovery, improve the level of technical support for safe broadcasting, improve the quality of service and user experience. Through the construction of a unified network management information system, the Jining radio and television network carries out unified operation and maintenance management of the data transmission network equipment in the urban, county, and township computer rooms under the jurisdiction of Jining, and after the unified network management information system has been put into operation, The early warning ability of operation and maintenance department to the hidden trouble of network equipment, the timeliness of fault judgment and location are improved significantly, the active maintenance of the network has accurate data support and direction, and the hidden trouble and unexpected events in the actual operation process are effectively controlled. The workload of operation and maintenance personnel is reduced, the time of troubleshooting equipment is shortened, and the expense of operation and maintenance department is saved. The level of technical support for the radio and television network in Jining City has been significantly strengthened, which has also raised the service level of cable television and radio and television broadband users to a new level, and has played a role in promoting the development of cable television and radio and television broadband services. The number of new subscribers increased by more than 10 percent year on year, and public satisfaction with cable TV and broadband services also increased significantly.
