萊斯信道下具有硬件損傷的多對(duì)雙向大規(guī)模MIMO AF中繼系統(tǒng)及性能分析

【摘要】:本文研究了萊斯信道條件下具有硬件損傷的多對(duì)雙向大規(guī)模多輸入多輸出放大轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)(massive MIMO amplify-and-forward,MM-AF)中繼系統(tǒng),多對(duì)用戶通過配置有大規(guī)模天線陣列的中繼實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶對(duì)內(nèi)的信息交換,并分析了其頻譜效率和能量效率。首先,考慮了硬件損傷對(duì)多對(duì)雙向MM-AF中繼系統(tǒng)性能的影響,并將其建模為發(fā)送和接收失真噪聲。然后,給出了半雙工中繼(half-duplex relaying,HDR)和全雙工中繼(full-duplex relaying,FDR)模式下的迫零發(fā)送/迫零接收處理矩陣。最后,分別給出了兩種模式下的信干噪比漸近表達(dá)式。理論分析和仿真結(jié)果表明,在中繼天線數(shù)較大情況下FDR的頻譜和能量效率優(yōu)于HDR;隨著信噪比的增加,兩種模式下系統(tǒng)的頻譜效率先增大后收斂于一個(gè)固定值;當(dāng)中繼天線數(shù)較大時(shí),系統(tǒng)的頻譜效率主要受限于用戶處的硬件損傷而非中繼處或其他干擾。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we study a multi-pair large-scale MIMO amplifying and forwarding MM-AFM relay system with hardware damage under the condition of hardware damage. Multi-pair users can exchange information between users through relaying with large antenna array. The spectral efficiency and energy efficiency are analyzed. Firstly, the effect of hardware damage on the performance of a multi-pair two-way MM-AF relay system is considered, and it is modeled as transmitting and receiving distorted noise. Then, the zero-forcing transmission / zero-forcing receiving processing matrix in half-duplex relaying HDR and full-duplex relaying FDR mode is given. Finally, the asymptotic expressions of signal-to-noise ratio in two modes are given. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the spectral and energy efficiency of FDR is better than that of HDR when the number of relaying antennas is large, and the spectral efficiency of the two modes first increases and then converges to a fixed value with the increase of SNR. When the number of relaying antennas is large, the spectral efficiency of the system is limited by the hardware damage rather than the relay or other interference.
