Formal principal words should be identified in such heading, and when informal principal words are encountered, they must be converted into formal ones. If some important concepts are abbreviated, they must be headed with appropriate words. The principal words to be headed should be selected from among the formal "Statement Principal Words in Chinese Characters" and the corresponding disciplinary" Statement of Principal Words".
