【摘要】:目前,人類(lèi)社會(huì)已經(jīng)邁入了信息時(shí)代,信息量猛增,數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜性增加,傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的運(yùn)行模式已經(jīng)無(wú)法適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展!盎ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)+”的提出就是將傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)相結(jié)合,提高傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的生存力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。而遠(yuǎn)洋漁業(yè)也屬于傳統(tǒng)行業(yè),原有的生產(chǎn)模式很難再適應(yīng)飛速發(fā)展的信息社會(huì),所以需要順應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展。我國(guó)是漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)和貿(mào)易大國(guó),魚(yú)類(lèi)產(chǎn)品是世界貿(mào)易額最大的食品,作為品質(zhì)優(yōu)良和蛋白質(zhì)含量很高的食物在人們?nèi)粘I钪姓紦?jù)著日益重要的地位。但由于近海水資源污染嚴(yán)重以及近二十年對(duì)近海漁業(yè)資源的過(guò)度捕撈,導(dǎo)致我國(guó)近海漁業(yè)資源日益匱乏,所以遠(yuǎn)洋漁業(yè)成為滿足國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)需求的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展方向。如今,我國(guó)漁業(yè)部門(mén)鼓勵(lì)很多沿海城市組建遠(yuǎn)洋漁船船隊(duì),去遠(yuǎn)洋公海區(qū)域進(jìn)行捕撈作業(yè)。遠(yuǎn)洋漁業(yè)目前競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,構(gòu)建大規(guī)模的遠(yuǎn)洋漁船船隊(duì),實(shí)現(xiàn)船隊(duì)系統(tǒng)化智能化管理,可以提高我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋漁業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。隨著遠(yuǎn)洋漁船船隊(duì)的不斷擴(kuò)大,船隊(duì)產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)信息會(huì)越來(lái)越多,數(shù)據(jù)形式也會(huì)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,單純依靠岸上管理中心的工作人員的人工分析不僅會(huì)影響作業(yè)船補(bǔ)給物資的效率,而且給出補(bǔ)給的方案也缺乏科學(xué)性。利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)洋遠(yuǎn)洋漁船優(yōu)化補(bǔ)給,不僅可以快速挖掘與補(bǔ)給相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)信息,提高補(bǔ)給工作效率,還可以生成合理的補(bǔ)給方案,減少補(bǔ)給船的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。本文經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)遠(yuǎn)洋漁業(yè)企業(yè)以及該企業(yè)遠(yuǎn)洋漁船實(shí)地調(diào)研,深入分析了遠(yuǎn)洋漁業(yè)企業(yè)目前的作業(yè)漁船補(bǔ)給現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合RFID技術(shù)、北斗衛(wèi)星技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),建立了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的遠(yuǎn)洋漁船補(bǔ)給信息管理系統(tǒng)。本文在對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、船舶信息管理系統(tǒng)以及船舶的補(bǔ)給現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析之后,提出了遠(yuǎn)洋漁船補(bǔ)給信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求。系統(tǒng)主要針對(duì)船上物資的使用信息、庫(kù)存信息和申請(qǐng)物資信息的管理,并將各個(gè)漁船的信息通過(guò)北斗衛(wèi)星通訊技術(shù)和無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊技術(shù)傳輸?shù)桨渡瞎芾碇行摹0渡瞎芾碇行膶@取的所有信息通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析,獲取補(bǔ)給方案所需數(shù)據(jù),最后將獲取的數(shù)據(jù)以電子海圖的形式在系統(tǒng)中顯示出來(lái)。針對(duì)系統(tǒng)的上述需求對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的相關(guān)技術(shù):RFID技術(shù)、北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航定位技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的原理在船舶中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的闡述。在信息挖掘方面采用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則的Apriori算法,該算法在數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方面有著獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)。文中在原始Apriori算法的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種基于多叉樹(shù)的Apriori算法。改進(jìn)算法與原來(lái)相比,只需掃描一次數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)且將事務(wù)集合中所有項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)化為多叉樹(shù)節(jié)點(diǎn),根據(jù)節(jié)點(diǎn)對(duì)象的頻度與minsup進(jìn)行對(duì)比剪枝,刪除小于minsup的節(jié)點(diǎn)以及其子節(jié)點(diǎn)后得到頻繁項(xiàng)集。利用仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)在不同最小支持度和不同事務(wù)數(shù)量下將其與其它幾種改進(jìn)的Apriori算法進(jìn)行比較,仿真結(jié)果表明改進(jìn)基的于多叉樹(shù)的Apriori算法在挖掘數(shù)據(jù)效率方面要高于其它幾種改進(jìn)的Apriori算法,可快速挖掘分析補(bǔ)給方案所需信息。最后根據(jù)B/S系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)方式,在Eclipse開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境中,采用JAVA編程語(yǔ)言和Baidu Map API技術(shù),將改進(jìn)的基于多叉樹(shù)的Apriori算法嵌入到系統(tǒng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的遠(yuǎn)洋漁船補(bǔ)給信息系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)。系統(tǒng)包括前臺(tái)管理和后臺(tái)管理,前臺(tái)管理主要包括錄入員對(duì)物品信息及申請(qǐng)信息的錄入,檢索員對(duì)物品信息及申請(qǐng)信息的查詢;后臺(tái)管理主要包括系統(tǒng)管理員對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的管理,審核員對(duì)錄入信息的審核管理,RFID掃描信息的管理,以及補(bǔ)給船補(bǔ)給路線的管理。
[Abstract]:At present, the human society has entered the information age, increase the amount of information, the data complexity increases, the traditional operating mode of the industry has been unable to adapt to the development of modern society. "Internet plus" this is the traditional industries and the Internet, networking and other technology, improve traditional industry's survival and competitiveness. And ocean fishery It also belongs to the traditional industry, the original production mode is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of the information society, so we need to comply with the development of the times. China is a big fishery production and trade country, fish products are the largest food in the world trade. As a good quality and high protein content, food is becoming increasingly heavy in people's daily life. But because of the serious pollution of offshore water resources and the overfishing of offshore fishery resources in recent twenty years, the offshore fishery resources are increasingly scarce in China, so the ocean fishery has become the key development direction to meet the needs of the domestic market. With the increasing competition of ocean fishing area, the current competition of ocean fishing is increasingly fierce. Building a large ocean fishing fleet and realizing the systematic and intelligent management of the fleet can improve the international competitiveness of the ocean fishing in our country. With the continuous expansion of the ocean fishing fleet, more and more data will be generated by the fleet, and the more data form will be. The more complex, the artificial analysis of the staff who rely solely on the bank management center will not only affect the efficiency of the supply materials, but also the supply scheme is not scientific. The use of the Internet of things technology to optimize the supply of ocean fishing boats can not only quickly excavate the data information related to recharge, but also improve the efficiency of the supply work. In this paper, the current situation of fishing boat recharge in ocean fishing enterprises is analyzed in this paper, based on RFID technology, Beidou satellite technology and data mining technology, based on the Internet of things. After analyzing the technology of the Internet of things, the ship information management system and the current situation of the supply of ships, this paper puts forward the demand of the information management system for the ocean fishing vessels. The system mainly aims at the information of the use of goods on the ship, the management of the inventory information and the information of the application materials, and the fishing boats. The information is transmitted to the management center by the Beidou satellite communication technology and the wireless network communication technology. All the information obtained by the bank management center will be analyzed by the data mining technology to obtain the data needed for the supply scheme. Finally, the obtained data is displayed in the system of the electronic chart. The related technology in the process of system design: RFID technology, the Beidou satellite navigation and positioning technology, the principle of data mining technology in the application of the ship is briefly expounded. In the information mining, the Apriori algorithm with association rules is adopted. This algorithm has a unique advantage in data mining. In this paper, the original Apriori algorithm is used in this paper. On the basis of this, a Apriori algorithm based on multi tree is proposed. Compared with the original, the improved algorithm only needs to scan one database and transform all the items in the transaction set into multi tree nodes. According to the frequency of the node object, the pruning is compared with the minsup, and the node less than minsup and its sub nodes are used to get frequent itemsets. The simulation experiment compares it with several other improved Apriori algorithms under the different minimum support and the number of different transactions. The simulation results show that the Apriori algorithm based on the multi tree is higher than other improved Apriori algorithms in the mining of data efficiency. Finally, the information needed for the supply scheme can be quickly excavated and analyzed. According to the development of B/S system, in Eclipse development environment, using JAVA programming language and Baidu Map API technology, the improved Apriori algorithm based on multi tree is embedded into the system, and the development of ocean fishing vessel recharge information system based on Internet of things is realized. The system includes front desk management and backstage management, front desk management mainly includes input. Personnel information and application information input, searcher to the information and application information inquiry; backstage management mainly includes the management of the system administrator, auditor's audit management of input information, the management of RFID scanning information, and the management of supply routes of supply ships.
