異構(gòu)車聯(lián)網(wǎng)中基于Markov決策的最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)選擇

【摘要】:在基于V2V和V2X的異構(gòu)車聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中,車輛需要在各網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間選擇最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò),針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)選擇技術(shù)普遍不能滿足網(wǎng)絡(luò)和車輛狀態(tài)的隨機(jī)無(wú)記憶性以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)選擇后狀態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)移性,提出了基于VMDP的最優(yōu)決策算法.該算法建立了VMDP狀態(tài)空間以及狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移概率矩陣,并且利用VIA求得最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)選擇策略.與其他算法進(jìn)行性能對(duì)比,仿真結(jié)果表明該算法不僅能有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛的最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)選擇,而且在通信鏈路質(zhì)量和切換次數(shù)等性能上優(yōu)于對(duì)比算法10%~30%,有效地提高了車輛通信性能.
[Abstract]:In the heterogeneous vehicle networking system based on V2V and V2X, the vehicle needs to select the optimal network among the networks. The network selection technology can not satisfy the random memorylessness of the network and the vehicle status and the transition of the state after the network selection. An optimal decision algorithm based on VMDP is proposed. The VMDP state space and the state transition probability matrix are established, and the optimal network selection strategy is obtained by using VIA. Compared with other algorithms, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm not only can effectively realize the optimal network selection of vehicles, but also performs better than the contrast algorithm in terms of communication link quality and handover times, and improves the vehicle communication performance effectively.
