L公司電源適配器生產(chǎn)力改善研究

【摘要】:本文通過(guò)介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外電源適配器的發(fā)展和L公司生產(chǎn)力的現(xiàn)狀分析,運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)理論中的八大浪費(fèi)尋找公司內(nèi)部存在的主要問(wèn)題,結(jié)合工業(yè)工程常用的分析方法,以降本增效為核心,圍繞產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品工藝和生產(chǎn)效率三個(gè)方面展開(kāi)研究改善。在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)面主要包括植件率的改善、免剪腳免補(bǔ)焊和組裝段簡(jiǎn)化組裝三個(gè)方面。改善植件率通過(guò)導(dǎo)入先進(jìn)技術(shù)的植件設(shè)備,更新舊有設(shè)備,提高立式插件的能力,同時(shí)也將異型插件機(jī)納入范疇,減少手插件以節(jié)省插件作業(yè)員人工成本,提高整體的植件水平。在取消剪腳補(bǔ)焊工序時(shí),透過(guò)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)電子性能的本質(zhì),追本溯源剪腳和補(bǔ)焊問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生,從源頭抓設(shè)計(jì)和品質(zhì),以達(dá)到取消效果。組裝段簡(jiǎn)化組裝時(shí)結(jié)合前站取消T-Pin,直接將鋁套兩端做成可焊接材質(zhì),對(duì)線材簡(jiǎn)化成連接模式,下鋁套和絕緣盒一體式設(shè)計(jì),上鋁套改為四爪卡扣,插座增加防呆功能以遵循簡(jiǎn)化工藝流程,保障生產(chǎn)品質(zhì)。制程面包括生產(chǎn)動(dòng)作浪費(fèi)、生產(chǎn)線線平衡、生產(chǎn)線瓶頸工位動(dòng)作研究與時(shí)間分析三大方面。制定合理的生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)單位數(shù)量,使生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定、有序;消除浪費(fèi)動(dòng)作,減少浪費(fèi)時(shí)間,提升產(chǎn)能,減少人力;改善線平衡,重排作業(yè)動(dòng)作,平衡工位,提升每小時(shí)產(chǎn)能;改善停線時(shí)間,減少因異常產(chǎn)生的停線時(shí)間,將治具、物料等影響因素備份,達(dá)到快速處理的目的。并且將所有改善標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,寫(xiě)入作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)執(zhí)行文件,將改善效果固定延續(xù),長(zhǎng)久有效。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)流的生產(chǎn)從推式生產(chǎn)成功過(guò)度到拉式生產(chǎn)。生產(chǎn)效率面包含尋找自動(dòng)化課題的來(lái)源,自動(dòng)化團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè),自動(dòng)化方案的可行性評(píng)估,效益可行性評(píng)估、自動(dòng)化進(jìn)度管控和自動(dòng)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。自動(dòng)化課題的來(lái)源從生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀中的浪費(fèi)和簡(jiǎn)化人工作業(yè)方面著手,在發(fā)現(xiàn)課題后,成立高素質(zhì)能力的自動(dòng)化團(tuán)隊(duì),朝著節(jié)省人工,提高生產(chǎn)效率的主題,研發(fā)自動(dòng)化方案、評(píng)估自動(dòng)化方案的動(dòng)作工時(shí)可行性和效益的可行性,再到自動(dòng)化進(jìn)度的管控和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。從發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題到分析問(wèn)題再到解決問(wèn)題,環(huán)環(huán)相扣,一步步深入深入評(píng)估,最后至自動(dòng)化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以及DFA項(xiàng)目的編撰。在完成三大方面的改善后,再對(duì)改善后的成果與效果追蹤。L公司1樓車間原S型線體已經(jīng)改成直線型設(shè)計(jì),在物料的運(yùn)輸、一個(gè)流生產(chǎn)、線平衡率和生產(chǎn)效率方面都比舊線體明顯上了一個(gè)臺(tái)階,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)5S環(huán)境均達(dá)到了較高的水平。生產(chǎn)力指標(biāo)達(dá)成年度設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo),100%達(dá)成改善效果。該線體人力從原來(lái)44.5人改善到25.7人,每小時(shí)人均產(chǎn)能從16.2提升到31.1,改善幅度高達(dá)92%。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the development of power adapters at home and abroad and the analysis of the present situation of productivity in L Company, uses the eight waste in lean production theory to find out the main problems existing in the company, and combines the analysis methods commonly used in industrial engineering. Focusing on reducing cost and increasing efficiency, research and improvement is carried out around three aspects: product design, product process and production efficiency. Three aspects: no shearing foot, no repair and welding, and simple assembly. To improve the implant rate, to update the old equipment by introducing advanced technology, to improve the capability of the vertical plug-in, and to include the special-shaped plug-in machine in the field. Reduce the manual plug in order to save the labor cost of the plug-in operator, improve the overall level of the implant. When canceling the repair welding process of the shears, through the nature of the electronic properties of the product structure, trace back to the source of the shearing foot and repair welding problems, The design and quality should be emphasized from the source to achieve the cancellation effect. When the assembly section is simplified and assembled, T-Pinting is cancelled in combination with the front station, and the two ends of the aluminum sleeve are made into solderable materials directly, and the wire rod is simplified into the connection mode, and the integrated design of the lower aluminum sleeve and the insulating box is made. The aluminum sleeve is changed to four claw buckles, and the socket adds the function of preventing stay in order to follow the simplified process flow and ensure the production quality. The process surface includes the waste of production action, the balance of production line, Production line bottleneck position action research and time analysis three aspects: make reasonable production rhythm, standardize the number of production units, make production stable and orderly, eliminate wasted action, reduce waste time, improve production capacity, reduce manpower; Improve line balance, rearrange operation action, balance work station, increase production capacity per hour, improve line stoppage time, reduce stoppage time due to abnormal occurrence, back up influencing factors such as fixtures, materials, etc. To achieve the purpose of rapid processing. And all improvements standardized, written in the job instruction execution document, will improve the effect of a fixed continuation, Long effective. Finally realize a flow of production from push production success to pull production. Production efficiency bread contains looking for the source of automation topics, automation team building, feasibility evaluation of automation scheme, benefit feasibility evaluation, Automation schedule Control and Automation Standardization. The source of automation project is waste of production status quo and simplification of manual work. After discovering the project, set up a high quality and ability automation team to save labor. The theme of improving production efficiency, developing automation programs, evaluating feasibility and effectiveness of action hours of automation programs, and then controlling and standardizing automation progress. From problem detection to analysis to problem solving, Closely linked, step by step in-depth evaluation, and finally, automation standardization and the compilation of DFA projects. After completing three major improvements, Then tracking the improved results and results. The original S-shaped line body of the first floor workshop of L Company has been changed into a straight line design. It has obviously advanced a step higher than the old line body in terms of material transportation, one flow production, line balance rate and production efficiency. The field 5S environment has reached a higher level. The productivity target of the annual design has been achieved by 100%, and the line manpower has been improved from 44.5 people to 25.7 people, and the per capita productivity per hour has increased from 16.2 to 31.1.The improvement rate is as high as 92 percent.
