【摘要】：服務(wù)社會(huì)需求,提高培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是當(dāng)前研究生教育的主線。專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)模式改革是我國(guó)研究生教育綜合改革的重要內(nèi)容之一。以實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)為重點(diǎn),建立以提升職業(yè)能力為導(dǎo)向的專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)模式是改革的重要目標(biāo)。本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證及其與學(xué)校高層次人才培養(yǎng)體系銜接模式的現(xiàn)狀,以電子信息類工程碩士與相應(yīng)職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證銜接為研究對(duì)象,探索高層次應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)與職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證之間的銜接模式和機(jī)制,探究以職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證為牽引提高工程碩士生實(shí)踐能力的途徑和具體措施。
[Abstract]:Serving the needs of the society and improving the training quality are the main lines of graduate education at present. The reform of the training mode of professional degree graduate students is one of the important contents of the comprehensive reform of graduate education in China. The emphasis is on the cultivation of practical ability. It is an important goal of the reform to establish a professional degree graduate training model oriented on improving professional ability. This paper combines the status quo of professional qualification certification at home and abroad and its connection with the high-level talent training system in schools. This paper studies the connection between electronic information engineering master's degree and corresponding professional qualification certification, and explores the linking mode and mechanism between the training of high-level applied talents and the professional qualification certification. To explore the professional qualification certification as traction to improve the practical ability of engineering master students and specific measures.
