一種毫米波分波器的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著科技的快速發(fā)展,微波無線通信系統(tǒng)在軍用和民用產(chǎn)品中表現(xiàn)出了很重要的作用。無論你在哪里,我們每一個(gè)人都在使用無線電技術(shù)的設(shè)備,且這種趨勢在不斷增加。與此同時(shí),頻率資源也變得越來越緊張。在現(xiàn)代毫米波系統(tǒng)中,分波器有著非常廣泛的用途,在衛(wèi)星通信,毫米波輻射計(jì),導(dǎo)航等很多領(lǐng)域都常用到。因此,設(shè)計(jì)出高性能、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊的分波器必然是未來分波器發(fā)展的必然趨勢。分波器是一種將接收到的信號(hào)分為多個(gè)頻率范圍信號(hào)的微波器件。論文的主要工作是研究和設(shè)計(jì)出一種毫米波段通帶不交疊的七通道分波器,這種分波器由七個(gè)帶通濾波器和一分八等分功分網(wǎng)絡(luò)組成。矩形波導(dǎo)具有損耗小、Q值高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在微波毫米波電路和系統(tǒng)中獲得廣泛應(yīng)用,能很好地適應(yīng)毫米波系統(tǒng)對(duì)小型化要求,所以,分波器使用波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)。利用電磁場仿真軟件HFSS設(shè)計(jì)出符合設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)的要求的濾波器與一分八等分波導(dǎo)功分網(wǎng)絡(luò),再完成對(duì)七通道毫米波分波器的設(shè)計(jì)。論文先介紹了分波器的相關(guān)理論,本次設(shè)計(jì)的濾波器為帶通濾波器,所以著重介紹了電感膜片波導(dǎo)帶通濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)。接著,論文介紹了一些常用于微波毫米波頻段作為功分器的微波器件,包括波導(dǎo)魔T,波導(dǎo)T形結(jié)以及3dB分支波導(dǎo)耦合器。本次設(shè)計(jì)的一分八等分波導(dǎo)功分網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各個(gè)輸出端口需要一定的隔離度,用來降低毫米波分波器的各個(gè)濾波器通道間的相互干擾?紤]到四端口網(wǎng)絡(luò)波導(dǎo)魔T兩輸出端口具有不錯(cuò)的隔離,因此采用多個(gè)波導(dǎo)魔T級(jí)聯(lián)的方式設(shè)計(jì)一種2n型一分八等分功分網(wǎng)絡(luò);诜植ㄆ饕Y(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,利于實(shí)際加工的考慮,將波導(dǎo)魔T功分器的各輸出端口朝同一方向進(jìn)行90°打彎,使得功分網(wǎng)絡(luò)的8個(gè)輸出端口在同一側(cè)。最后,通過實(shí)物測試來驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)方法的可行性。將設(shè)計(jì)好的帶通濾波器和功分網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接在一起組成分波器,通過矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀測試后,得出分波器的設(shè)計(jì)基本滿足了指標(biāo)要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of technology, microwave wireless communication systems have played a very important role in military and civilian products. Wherever you are, everyone of us is using wireless devices. And this trend is on the rise. At the same time, frequency resources are becoming more and more tight. In modern millimeter-wave systems, the divider has a very wide range of applications, in satellite communications, millimeter-wave radiometers, Navigation and many other areas are commonly used. Therefore, design high performance, A compact divider is bound to be an inevitable trend in the future. The divider is a microwave device that divides the received signal into multiple frequency range signals. The main work of this paper is to study and design a kind of millimeter. A seven-channel wave divider with non-overlapping passband in the meter-wave band, This kind of divider is composed of seven bandpass filters and one to eight equal power distribution networks. Rectangular waveguides have been widely used in microwave millimeter wave circuits and systems for their advantages of low loss and high Q value. It can well meet the requirement of miniaturization of millimeter wave system. Therefore, the wave divider uses waveguide structure. Using electromagnetic field simulation software HFSS, the filter and the power distribution network of one point and eight equal distribution waveguide are designed according to the requirements of the design index. Then the design of the seven-channel millimeter-wave divider is completed. Firstly, the related theory of the divider is introduced. The filter designed in this paper is a band-pass filter, so the design of the inductive diaphragm waveguide band-pass filter is emphasized. This paper introduces some microwave devices which are often used in microwave millimeter wave band as power divider. Including waveguide magic T, waveguide T-junction and 3dB branch waveguide coupler. It is used to reduce the interference between the filter channels of the millimeter-wave divider. Considering that the four-port network waveguide magic T two output ports have good isolation, Therefore, a 2n type of one-eight equal power distribution network is designed by using multiple waveguide magic T cascades. Based on the compact structure of the divider and the consideration of practical processing, the output ports of the waveguide magic T splitter are bent in 90 擄in the same direction. Finally, the feasibility of the design method is verified by physical test. The designed bandpass filter and power division network are connected together to form a wave divider. After testing the vector network analyzer, it is concluded that the design of the divider basically meets the requirements of the index.
