【摘要】：目前,我國(guó)工業(yè)和信息化領(lǐng)域一系列戰(zhàn)略穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),5G、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等信息技術(shù)快速發(fā)展,無(wú)線電頻譜資源的稀缺性再次凸顯。頻譜共享為解決頻譜資源的稀缺問題提供了解決方案,并被國(guó)際主流國(guó)家積極推行。在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外頻譜共享研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)之上,進(jìn)一步討論了我國(guó)推行頻譜共享的意義和挑戰(zhàn),給出了頻譜共享可行性評(píng)估和分析框架,并提出了頻譜共享的推進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:At present, a series of strategies in the field of industry and information technology in China are steadily advancing the rapid development of information technology, such as 5G, mobile Internet, etc. The scarcity of radio spectrum resources is highlighted again. Spectrum sharing provides a solution to the scarcity of spectrum resources, and is actively implemented by mainstream countries in the world. Based on the analysis of the current research and application of spectrum sharing at home and abroad, In this paper, the significance and challenge of spectrum sharing in China are discussed, the feasibility evaluation and analysis framework of spectrum sharing are given, and some suggestions for promoting spectrum sharing are put forward.
