【摘要】：隨著雷達(dá)規(guī)模小型化、功能復(fù)雜化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),越來越狹小的空間給雷達(dá)維修帶來了很大困難,甚至發(fā)生設(shè)計(jì)出來的產(chǎn)品無法進(jìn)行維修的情況。傳統(tǒng)的維修性設(shè)計(jì)分析與評(píng)估憑個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)依據(jù)模型和工程圖進(jìn)行估計(jì),極不準(zhǔn)確�；诖�,文中搭建產(chǎn)品數(shù)字化虛擬維修的流程,闡述了雷達(dá)虛擬維修性仿真試驗(yàn)方法,通過某雷達(dá)的虛擬維修性仿真驗(yàn)證,實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)、制造和維修的并行協(xié)作,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化虛擬制造及維修,顯著升級(jí)改造傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和裝配制造過程,節(jié)約產(chǎn)品研制時(shí)間,找出產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)缺陷,進(jìn)而全面提高雷達(dá)研發(fā)能力。
[Abstract]:With the development trend of radar scale miniaturization and complicated function, the narrower and narrower space brings great difficulties to radar maintenance. Even when the designed product cannot be repaired, the traditional analysis and evaluation of maintainability design is extremely inaccurate based on personal experience based on the model and the engineering drawings. In this paper, the flow chart of digital virtual maintenance of products is set up, and the simulation test method of radar virtual maintainability is expounded. Through the virtual maintainability simulation of a certain radar, the concurrent cooperation of design, manufacture and maintenance is realized. Digital virtual manufacturing and maintenance are realized, the traditional product design and assembly manufacturing process is obviously upgraded, product development time is saved, product design defects are found, and radar R & D capability is improved in an all-round way.
