南水北調(diào)工程異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)下的視頻監(jiān)控方案

【摘要】:針對(duì)南水北調(diào)中線工程在異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)下的視頻監(jiān)控傳輸問題,提出了一套包括基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀況的帶寬評(píng)估方法,以及參數(shù)可調(diào)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻編碼傳輸方式的異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控解決方案.該方案對(duì)南水北調(diào)工程異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并基于實(shí)時(shí)傳輸協(xié)議/實(shí)時(shí)傳輸控制協(xié)議(RTP/RTCP)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了評(píng)估.在得出的網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬評(píng)估結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一種碼率可調(diào)的編碼傳輸方案.最后結(jié)合所實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng),對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)測(cè)試和分析.通過(guò)在南水北調(diào)中線工程的實(shí)際應(yīng)用證明,本系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)Ξ?dāng)前帶寬下的視頻編碼進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提高異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)下的視頻編碼傳輸效率,且性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到了4路720P視頻監(jiān)控的設(shè)計(jì)要求.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of video surveillance and transmission in heterogeneous network for the middle route project of South-to-North Water transfer Project, a set of bandwidth evaluation methods based on network condition are proposed. And the solution of heterogeneous network video surveillance in the network video coding transmission mode with adjustable parameters. This scheme designs the whole frame of the video surveillance system under the heterogeneous network environment of the South-to-North Water transfer Project. The network parameters are evaluated based on RTP / RTCP. based on the result of network bandwidth evaluation, a coding transmission scheme with adjustable bit-rate is designed. The performance of the system is tested and analyzed in detail. Through the practical application in the South-to-North Water transfer Project, it is proved that the system can optimize the video coding under the current bandwidth and improve the transmission efficiency of the video coding under the heterogeneous network. And the performance index meets the design requirements of 4 channels 720P video surveillance.
