【摘要】:全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是通過特高壓連接"一極一道"及世界各國清潔能源基地,借助"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"思維將能源世界性的互聯(lián),使全球清潔能源最大化利用及最優(yōu)化分配。把握了全球能源互聯(lián)形態(tài)下信息通信需求,深入分析了新增業(yè)務(wù)的特性及流向;并結(jié)合極地、荒漠、海洋等復(fù)雜環(huán)境,研究大范圍內(nèi)光纖通信、衛(wèi)星通信等通信技術(shù)協(xié)同配合方案,發(fā)揮不同技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢,并初步設(shè)計天地協(xié)同通信架構(gòu)方案,支撐全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息通信需求。
[Abstract]:The global energy Internet is connected to "one pole together" through ultra-high voltage and clean energy bases around the world, with the help of the "Internet" thinking to connect energy worldwide. To maximize the utilization and optimal distribution of global clean energy, to grasp the information and communication requirements in the form of global energy interconnection, to analyze in depth the characteristics and direction of new business, and to combine the complex environments of polar regions, deserts, oceans, etc. This paper studies the cooperative scheme of optical fiber communication, satellite communication and other communication technologies in a large scale, exerts the advantages of different technologies, and preliminarily designs the architecture of cooperative communication between the world and the world to support the global energy Internet information and communication needs.
