仿射變換的二階微分方程生命信號濾波算法

【摘要】:由于微小型嵌入式系統(tǒng)尺寸和計算能力的限制,在對生命體征信號進行檢查時,往往較難實現(xiàn)實時與精確兼顧。為了解決該問題,本文提出了一種基于二階微分方程與仿射變換理論結(jié)合的心電信號濾波算法(ATSDEF),并進行了與粒子濾波方法的濾波性能對比實驗,證明了ATSDEF方法有較粒子濾波更好的濾波性能。通過微小型嵌入式心電測量系統(tǒng)對正常與異常心電信號進行在線濾波實驗,驗證了該算法可以有效的濾除心電信號的噪聲,且能夠保持心電信號中較為微弱的細節(jié)特征,從而保證了信號濾波后的精度,解決了微小型嵌入式系統(tǒng)的實時信號處理難題。
[Abstract]:In order to solve this problem, it is difficult to realize real-time and accurate examination of vital sign signal because of the limitation of size and computing ability of micro-embedded system. In this paper, a ECG filtering algorithm based on second order differential equation and affine transform theory is proposed. It is proved that the ATSDEF method has better filtering performance than particle filter. The on-line filtering experiments of normal and abnormal ECG signals are carried out through a micro embedded ECG measurement system. It is verified that the algorithm can effectively filter the noise of ECG signal and keep the weak detail feature of ECG signal, thus ensuring the accuracy of the filtered signal. The real-time signal processing problem of micro-embedded system is solved.
