基于藍(lán)牙的多路無(wú)線測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為了解決高速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)物體的溫度測(cè)量問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于藍(lán)牙的多路無(wú)線測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以熱電偶為信號(hào)來(lái)源,采用AD595和兩級(jí)放大電路進(jìn)行信號(hào)放大,以Silicon Labs公司研發(fā)的C8051F340單片機(jī)為控制核心,通過(guò)其內(nèi)部的ADC0子系統(tǒng)完成對(duì)溫度信號(hào)模擬量的采集。使用VC++6.0開(kāi)發(fā)的上位機(jī)可以通過(guò)藍(lán)牙發(fā)送指令給C8051F340,使其執(zhí)行相應(yīng)的溫度采集動(dòng)作,并將傳回的溫度值顯示出來(lái)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果和在制動(dòng)器測(cè)試機(jī)上的應(yīng)用表明,該無(wú)線測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)范圍在0~1 000℃,精度能達(dá)±0.3℃,而且系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性好,能很好地滿足各種工業(yè)溫度測(cè)量需要,特別是需要無(wú)線測(cè)溫的場(chǎng)合。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the temperature measurement problem of high speed rotating object, a wireless temperature measurement system based on Bluetooth is designed. The system uses thermocouple as the signal source. AD595 and two-stage amplifier circuit are used to amplify the signal. The control core is C8051F340 single-chip microcomputer developed by Silicon Labs Company. Through its internal ADC0 subsystem to complete the temperature signal analog acquisition. The host computer developed with VC 6.0 can send instructions to C8051F340 through Bluetooth. The result of the experiment and the application in the brake test machine show that the wireless temperature measuring system is in the range of 0 ~ 1 000 鈩,
