【摘要】：為了滿足市場(chǎng)對(duì)高像素手機(jī)鏡頭的需求,結(jié)合光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和非球面理論,利用ZEMAX光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)軟件,設(shè)計(jì)了一款1300萬(wàn)像素的手機(jī)鏡頭。該手機(jī)鏡頭由4片非球面塑料鏡片、1片濾光鏡和1片保護(hù)玻璃組成,鏡頭光圈值為2.8,視場(chǎng)角為76°,有效焦距為4.4mm,后焦距為0.58mm,鏡頭總長(zhǎng)為5.6mm。中心視場(chǎng)處的MTF值大于0.5,且畸變小于1.8%,成像效果良好,滿足使用要求。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the market demand for high-pixel mobile phone lens, combined with optical design and aspheric theory, using ZEMAX optical design software. A 13 million pixel mobile phone lens is designed. The lens consists of four aspheric plastic lenses, one filter and one protective glass. The aperture value of the lens is 2.8 and the field of view angle is 76 擄. The effective focal length is 4.4 mm, the rear focal length is 0.58 mm, the total lens length is 5.6 mm. The MTF value at the center field of view is greater than 0.5, and the distortion is less than 1.8 mm. Meet the requirements for use.
