【摘要】：二十一世紀(jì)以來,隨著信息時代的發(fā)展和不斷增長的社會需求,傳統(tǒng)的公安工作模式已不能完美應(yīng)對各種新的犯罪模式,必須走信息化發(fā)展的道路,視頻會議系統(tǒng)以其快捷和方便的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢被大量使用。森林公安的主要業(yè)務(wù)是保護(hù)野生動植物資源,打擊違法犯罪,維護(hù)林區(qū)穩(wěn)定,因此基層森林公安機(jī)構(gòu)多設(shè)在遠(yuǎn)離城鎮(zhèn)的林區(qū),急需通過視頻會議等技術(shù)手段解決相關(guān)問題。森林公安視頻會議系統(tǒng)的主要功能是為各級森林公安用戶提供視頻會議功能,同時可為用戶提供部分輔助功能。該系統(tǒng)按功能可分為用戶管理、用戶登錄、會議組建及擴(kuò)展功能4個模塊,其中用戶管理主要是對森林公安用戶提供用戶添加、修改及權(quán)限分配功能;用戶登錄主要是對用戶登錄時輸入的用戶名和密碼進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶登錄系統(tǒng)的功能;會議組建主要是進(jìn)行會議室創(chuàng)建和會場管理,會議室創(chuàng)建的功能是創(chuàng)建召開視頻會議所需的會議室,設(shè)置會議室的基本參數(shù)。會場管理是對會議室的音視頻進(jìn)行設(shè)置,并在召開視頻會議時對會場人員的行為進(jìn)行管理;擴(kuò)展功能主要為用戶提供視頻會議的輔助功能,如進(jìn)行會議投票、設(shè)立共享文件柜方便文件傳輸、屏幕演示與IE協(xié)同方便培訓(xùn)講解等。本文前兩章主要介紹了視頻會議系統(tǒng)的研究背景、系統(tǒng)采用的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及開發(fā)環(huán)境;第三章主要研究了視頻會議系統(tǒng)的組成,對視頻會議系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析;第四章進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,建立視頻會議系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu),并將管理功能的模塊進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)流程、軟件功能和數(shù)據(jù)庫等詳細(xì)設(shè)計;第五章根據(jù)設(shè)計內(nèi)容對視頻會議系統(tǒng)各功能模塊進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn),包括系統(tǒng)登錄、會議組建、系統(tǒng)管理、和軟件擴(kuò)展等功能。第六章對軟件進(jìn)行測試,得出系統(tǒng)的測試結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the development of the information age and the increasing demand of the society, the traditional public security work mode has been unable to deal with all kinds of new crime models, and must take the road of information development. The video conference system is widely used because of its unique advantage of speed and convenience. The main business of the forest public security is to protect wildlife resources, crack down on illegal crimes, and maintain the stability of forest areas. Therefore, the grass-roots forest public security institutions are located in the forest areas far away from the towns. The main function of the forest public security video conference system is to provide the function of video conference for all levels of forest public security users. According to the function, the system can be divided into four modules: user management, user login, conference construction and expansion function. The user management is mainly to provide users with the functions of adding, modifying and assigning the authority to the users of forest public security. The user login is mainly to verify the user name and password input when the user logs on, so as to realize the function of the user login system. Conference building is mainly for conference room creation and venue management. The function of conference room creation is to create the conference room needed to hold video conference. Setting up the basic parameters of the conference room. The venue management is to set up the audio and video of the conference room, and to manage the behavior of the meeting room personnel when holding the video conference. The extended functions mainly provide users with the auxiliary functions of videoconferencing, such as voting for meetings, setting up shared filing cabinets to facilitate file transmission. The first two chapters of this paper mainly introduce the research background of the video conference system, the related standards and the development environment adopted by the system; In the third chapter, the composition of videoconference system is studied, and the requirement of videoconference system is analyzed. Chapter 4th carries on the system design, establishes the video conference system overall structure, and carries on the system structure, the business process, the software function and the database to carry on the system structure, the business process, the software function and the database and so on the detailed design of the management function module; Chapter 5th implements the function modules of video conference system according to the design content, including system login, conference construction, system management, software extension and so on. Chapter 6th tests the software. The test results of the system are obtained.
