【摘要】:為使激光器穩(wěn)定輸出,采取控制驅(qū)動(dòng)電流和溫度的設(shè)計(jì)方案,基于AVR單片機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)一種半導(dǎo)體激光器驅(qū)動(dòng)電源控制系統(tǒng)。采用負(fù)反饋原理和閉環(huán)控制思想分別實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)電流和溫度的控制,從而完成高性能半導(dǎo)體激光器的研制。采用AVR作為主控制芯片,以模數(shù)、數(shù)模等轉(zhuǎn)換芯片作為其外部擴(kuò)展電路。為保護(hù)激光器和其他易損元件,整個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)電路具有抗電沖擊和過流保護(hù)等多種功能。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)證明:該系統(tǒng)能使激光驅(qū)動(dòng)電路1 h內(nèi)偏差為0.02%,穩(wěn)定性良好,溫度控制偏差為±0.005℃。該電源控制系統(tǒng)可靠性高,可移植性強(qiáng),具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to make the laser output stably, the design scheme of controlling driving current and temperature is adopted. Based on AVR single chip microcomputer, a semiconductor laser driving power supply control system is designed. The negative feedback principle and the closed-loop control idea are used to control the driving current and temperature, respectively. In order to complete the development of high performance semiconductor laser, the AVR is used as the main control chip, the analog-to-digital conversion chip is used as its external expansion circuit, and the laser and other vulnerable elements are protected. The whole drive circuit has many functions, such as resistance to electric shock and over-current protection. The experiment shows that the system can make the laser drive circuit with the deviation of 0.02 in 1 h, and the stability is good. The temperature control deviation is 鹵0.005 鈩,
