【摘要】：IPTV(Internet Protocol Television)意思為互聯(lián)網協(xié)議電視,是一種利用寬帶互聯(lián)網或移動互聯(lián)網,通過用戶端電視機、PC、移動終端向家庭、政企、商務用戶提供以視音頻、圖像、文字等展現(xiàn)方式為主的交互式技術。整合了娛樂功能的IPTV電視新看法將給人們生活帶來巨大改變以及豐富的娛樂體驗。在三網融合的政策方針下,寧夏電信需要在第一時間搶先占領寧夏地區(qū)的IPTV市場。因此寧夏電信急需一套完整的IPTV業(yè)務解決方案及全套產品,其中最重要部分即為IPTV運營支撐系統(tǒng)。本文正是針對上述需求,對IPTV的運營支撐系統(tǒng)進行設計與實現(xiàn)。運營支撐系統(tǒng)為IPTV平臺提供業(yè)務管理和業(yè)務支撐,包括用戶開戶、管理、認證、計費、平臺的運營管理和報表分析等功能。主要內容有:1、基于IPTV相關理論基礎,結合寧夏電信現(xiàn)網網絡和業(yè)務運行情況,設計了一套IPTV運營支撐系統(tǒng),并通過C語言編譯或shell腳本設計軟件模塊、利用JMS(Java Message Service,java消息服務)開發(fā)相關接口,使用oracle系統(tǒng)進行用戶和話單等數(shù)據(jù)管理。2、設定運營支撐系統(tǒng)的主要功能:用戶管理:開戶、狀態(tài)變更(銷戶、停機、恢復)、密碼重置、用戶訂購關系管理(包括單次產品訂購、包月產品訂購以及包月產品的退訂)。計費管理:對用戶服務的計費(包括按次產品的計費和包月產品的計費)。管理門戶:將各項功能和頁面通過可視化、可操作的方式展現(xiàn)出來。報表統(tǒng)計:包含IPTV用戶在線、訂購情況以及其他情況的統(tǒng)計。資源管理:管理系統(tǒng)中各網元。權限管理:包含操作人員的管理、用戶角色管理、操作員權限配置等功能。3、設計實現(xiàn)運營支撐系統(tǒng):首先對系統(tǒng)的硬件構架進行了設計,其次對運營支撐系統(tǒng)的軟件系統(tǒng)邏輯結構進行了設計,分為:管理門戶、應用服務、數(shù)據(jù)庫和業(yè)務控制四個單元,最后完成系統(tǒng)子模塊的軟件設計和實現(xiàn),包括業(yè)務處理模塊、接口服務模塊、業(yè)務邏輯控制模塊、報表模塊、資源管理模塊、用戶數(shù)據(jù)庫。4、運營支撐系統(tǒng)的功能測試:規(guī)劃測試環(huán)境和測試方法,測試各項功能邏輯正常,結論為系統(tǒng)運行正常。
[Abstract]:IPTV(Internet Protocol television means Internet protocol television, which uses broadband or mobile Internet. Through the client TV set PC, the mobile terminal provides the home, the government enterprise, the business user with the video and audio, the image. IPTV TV with integrated entertainment features will bring great changes to people's lives and a rich entertainment experience. Under the policy guidelines of integration of three networks. Ningxia Telecom needs to preoccupy the IPTV market in Ningxia region in the first place. Therefore, Ningxia Telecom urgently needs a complete IPTV business solution and a complete set of products. The most important part is IPTV operation support system. The operation support system of IPTV is designed and implemented. The operation support system provides business management and business support for the IPTV platform, including user account opening, management, authentication, billing. The main contents are: 1, based on IPTV related theory basis, combined with Ningxia Telecom network and business operation. A set of IPTV operation support system is designed, and the software module is designed by C language compilation or shell script, and JMS(Java Message Service is used. The java message Service) develops the related interface, uses the oracle system to carry on the user and the voice list and so on data management. 2, sets the main function of the operation support system: user management: opening an account. Status change (pin, stop, restore, password reset, user order relationship management (including single product order). Monthly product ordering and unbooking of monthly products. Billing management: billing of user services (including billing per product and billing of monthly products). Management portal: visualizes all functions and pages. Report statistics: include IPTV users online, ordering and other statistics. Resource management: management of network elements in the system. Authority management: includes the management of operators. User role management, operator authority configuration and other functions. 3, design and implementation of the operation support system: first of all, the hardware framework of the system is designed. Secondly, the logic structure of the software system is designed, which is divided into four units: management portal, application service, database and business control. Finally, the software design and implementation of the sub-module of the system are completed. Including business processing module, interface service module, business logic control module, report module, resource management module, user database. The function logic of the test is normal, and the conclusion is that the system is running normally.
